Louis Walsh Releases Statement About Sexual Assault Allegations

X Factor judge Louis Walsh has released a statement re-asserting his innocence and thanking friends and family for their support.

News broke last week that a 24-year-old man has alleged that he was sexually assaulted by Louis in Dublin's Krystle nightclub back in April.

In his statement Louis sas he is angry about the claims as the alleged victim is trying to ruin his career:
"It didn't happen so therefore there is no case to answer and I am extremely angry that someone is trying to tarnish my name and reputation,"

Louis added a thank you note to everyone who has been supporting him in the last week:
"My phone has not stopped ringing with messages of support from around the world which means so much to me. I am hoping that this matter will be resolved as quickly as possible."

Among those who have stuck up for the music manager is X Factor owner Simon Cowell, who said "Like all of his close friends I will support him 100 per cent." He also recieved messages from former judge Sharon Osbourne, Dannii Minogue and Cheryl Cole.

Westlife are backing the music manager 100%

Today he also get warm words of support from his band Westlife. Singer Shane Filan said Louis would never assault anyone:
"I have known him 15 years. There's no way he would ever act like that. It's an awful and malicious thing to suggest that he was drunk and acting inappropriately. I know he is going to clear his name. All of Westlife are behind him 100% and I would do anything to put the record straight."
The alleged attack took place right after a Westlife concert, and Shane and the lads spent the night out with their manager Louis. Shane says they met the alleged victim on the night:
"Out of nowhere this guy came up to us and said he was going to be in a dance TV show. Louis wasn't talking to him any more than the rest of us. When I heard this I was flabbergasted."

She was told she might die, but she insist of continuing with the plan

Hi Dolls, i went so emotional after i read this story of a beautiful woman Paula Cawte. She has been told that
her unborn baby was developing outside her womb and doctors gave her two heart-breaking options.
She could either terminate the pregnancy, or risk her own life to have a baby that would probably be severely disabled - because its birth would have to be so premature - or stillborn.
Despite the overwhelming odds stacked against her, she risked her life and now her daughter Eva, healthy and thriving, is about to celebrate her first birthday.
Her amazing story is even more inspiring considering there are just three recorded cases of babies surviving this rare type of pregnancy in the UK in the last 20 years. The chances of both mother and baby surviving were three million to one.
Nevertheless, Miss Cawte, 38, and fiancé Paul Lounds, 43, from Gloucester, refused to give up on their unborn child and were rewarded when she was born at 30 weeks, weighing 3lb 1oz.
‘We had been trying for over a year to have a baby and there was no way I could terminate when I knew she was healthy,’ said Miss Cawte. ‘We knew it was dangerous. The doctors said I could bleed to death if she ruptured an organ or an artery.
‘But Paul and I agreed that as long as I was in no immediate danger, we continue for as long as possible to give the baby a fighting chance.
‘Now we can’t believe we have such a beautiful, healthy and happy little girl – it’s a miracle.’
The story of little Eva’s fight for survival is remarkable. Miss Cawte, a former recruitment consultant and Mr Lounds, a database administrator, discovered they were going to have a baby in January last year. Everything appeared normal until the 20-week scan that May when doctors discovered the ectopic pregnancy.

They suggested a termination but, because the case was so unusual, they told the couple they would be allowed to terminate, after the 24-week legal limit if they needed more time to think.
‘We both burst into tears,’ said Mr Lounds. ‘We wanted lots of facts but, because the case was so rare, the doctors didn’t have them. ‘Paula was kept in hospital after her scan. It was an incredibly anxious time and she was in intense pain at times.’
Initially, surgeons wanted to deliver at 28 weeks but extended it to 32 weeks so the baby’s lungs could develop. But when doctors discovered there was not enough blood in stock – they needed six pints on standby for Miss Cawte – she was transferred to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford. Surgeons there decided to deliver at 30 weeks.
She went into surgery at 11.45am on July 19 last year. Eva was born 45  minutes later and put in the Special Care Baby unit.
‘The nurse told me I had a daughter and I burst into tears,’ said Mr Lounds. ‘I went to see her in an incubator and she looked very tiny but was stable.’
Doctors said she had survived because the membrane of Miss Cawte’s abdomen had created a sac which contained amniotic fluid to help her lungs develop and the placenta was working.
But while Eva was in the Special Care Baby Unit, Miss Cawte was in theatre fighting for her life.
‘Paula almost bled to death,’ added Mr Lounds. ‘She had to have eight pints of blood. I sat next to her and told her we had a lovely daughter. She squeezed my hand – she couldn’t speak because she had tubes down her throat. It was a very emotional moment.’
Eva was allowed out of hospital after three months and is developing normally. ‘She’s beautiful, the most stunning looking baby and everything’s on track,’ said Miss Cawte. ‘There’s nothing about her that tells you she was so premature. She smiles a lot and is very content.’
Dr Lawrence Impey, consultant obstetrician at The John Radcliffe Hospital, said: ‘In terms of pregnancy surgery, this is about as risky as it gets. One in every 60 pregnancies is ectopic but only one per cent of those is abdominal. Less than ten per cent of those is advanced like Paula’s.’

Max George and Michelle Keegan Turn Down £250,000 Magazine Deal!

Too In Love To Care!

This is a couple truly in love!

Michelle Keegan and Max George have apparently turned down a £250,000 offer from OK! magazine for the rights to their wedding pics!

The young couple, who became engaged last month, have said they don't want any paparazzi at their special day. A source from the magazine revealed that they were shocked when they turned down the offer:
"We thought they'd jump at the chance but they weren't having any of it. They just said they wanted this very special part of their lives to remain private."

Wanted star Max proposed to the Coronation Street actress with a £10,000 ring and pet chihuahua. He admitted that they prefer to keep their relationship out of the public eye:
"Michelle and I are together because we want to be and nothing to do with the industry. I don't think about us as being part of a celebrity couple. I just see her as Michelle and she sees me as Max."
"Our work doesn't matter when it's just the two of us. When we go out we try and keep it as quiet as we can so it's just for us. The reality TV series about our lives is never going to happen."

The singer added that the couple even hate when they see pictures of themselves in papers and on the internet:
"We cringe when we see a picture of ourselves together sometimes because we don't want to push that side of the relationship. Anyway, I don't have one of those luxury lovely homes that the magazines want to be invited into."

You think they'd take the money right? Well obviously not, sources say that Michelle is said to be close to securing a £130,000-a-year deal to continue playing Tina McIntyre on Coronation Street.

After a whirlwind romance, Daniel Craig has married his Dream House co-star Rachel Weisz. The couple are only together since November when they met on set of the new movie.

According to sources they had a very "low-key" wedding with only their two children (Daniel's 18-year-old daughter Ella and Rachel’s four-year-old son Henry) and two family friends as witnesses! A source said the couple didn't want to make a big deal about the wedding:
"Daniel and Rachel insisted on having a small, quiet wedding. They are madly in love and couldn't wait to be husband and wife – but they wanted minimum fuss."

Weisz's publicist confirmed the wedding Sunday, but offered no other details other than to say it took place "recently."

The Mummy star Rachel, 41, started dating Craig, 43 after she split from her long-term partner and the father of her son, Black Swan director Darren Aronofsky. And Daniel apparently split from his fiance Satsuki Mitchell right before he started filming with Rachel.

The pair were snapped together at Christmas.

They kept their romance a secret but it was exposed after they spent Christmas together, and then in May they were spotted together in Paris.

Kerry Katona Says She's Homeless and Bankrupt

How did she afford that week in Marbella then??

Kerry Katona has claimed that she has been thrown out of her house by her management, and has to find somewhere else to go by 5pm today.

The reality star had been living in a £5,000-a-month rented home in Surrey, paid for by her managers at Can Associates. However the former singer and the management company split earlier this month, rumours circultaed that they couldn't handle her constant partying, and when pics surfaced of her drunk in Marbella they decided to let her go.

But the former drug addict said at the time that she actually left them, saying:

"Contrary to recent press reports, I was not 'dumped' by CAN Associates. It was my decision to leave, as on a professional level my career was taking a direction that I did not want, nor did I feel was appropriate."

So I think you know who to believe in that story! Now Kerry says the company was paying her rent, paying for her nanny and giving her an allowance. Today she claims she is being forced out of her house and is completely broke:
"I've been told I must be out of the house by 5pm even though I don't have another place to go to. I've got just £400 left in my bank account, which is very scary because I need to put food in my children's bellies."

Kerry added that on top of everything else, she actually owes the management companys thousands:
"On top of that I owe my former management about £350,000. I can't praise them enough for rescuing me from the terrible situation I was in last year when I was battling drugs and bankruptcy. They took control - paid for my home, my nanny, my mobile phone."

"Most of what I earned went straight towards paying off my bankruptcy - and I was only ever given pocket money by them. I am still bankrupt, despite working my butt off for the last 17 months."

She added that she is so desperate that she's had to turn to ex-husband and the father of two of her children Brian McFadden for help, but he hasn't got back to her. I wonder is that because he's off partying with Vogue Williams?

Kerry was declared bankrupt in August 2008 owing £800,000. She has four children,  daughter Molly, nine, and Lily Sue, with ex husband Brian McFadden, and Heidi, four, and Max, three, with ex husband Mark Croft.

What a mess!

Fashion Fix - Delta Goodrem

Wow doesn't she look stunning?

Aussie babe Delta Goodrem left paparazzi in a spin when she arrived at LA X airport sporting a gorgeous tan and a massive smile.

The songstress only just broke up with fiance Brian McFadden on April 1st but the 26-year-old looked happier than ever, sporting tight light blue jeans and a beautiful terracotta string top.

The blonde looked stunning in the coral top, adding bangles, a gold charm necklace beige sandals and of course had her sunglasses at the ready!

Maybe the singer is that little bit happier thanks to her new beau, 18-year-old Nick Jonas. The pair have been inseparable the last few weeks, and have been writing music together for the past few months.

So it seems that Brian's romance with Irish model Vogue Williams hasn't bothered Delta one bit! They both seem to be in rebound relationships though, will they last?
