True Blood hottie Alexander Skarsgård has admitted that he's really insecure!

The sexy vamp who plays Eric Northman in the series, says he doesn't see him self as a sex icon:

"I'm insecure, like most people," he stated. "I have days where I feel like the ugliest person on the planet. It's not like I walk in a room and go, 'Yeah, f**k I'm hot!' Totally not."

The Swedish actor was also in Lady Gaga's video for 'Paparazzi' , yes, he's the husband she kills, and he believes he's no look with the opposite sex!


But don't fret girls, you can catch him out when he's hammered, as apparently the star drinks like an Irish man:

"I have a tendency to drink like a Viking. In England or Sweden. The good thing about my drunkenness is I don't remember it. I've woken up in a few weird places when I was young. Like in the woods."

 I can't imagine he's really insecure, probably looking for sympathy votes!
