Shia LaBeouf's Been Arrested!

"Here we go again"

Uh oh...

According to reports Transformers actor Shia LaBeouf was taken away in cuffs on Friday night after having a bar fight! Sources say that the fight broke out after a fellow customer used a gay slur against Shia! An eyewitness at the bar says:

"The guy was laughing at Shia and called Shia 'a f**king fagot'. Shia shot back that he was going to 'kick is f**king ass,'Shia then lunged but the other guy got the first punch in. He hit Shia hard in the face and split his lip."

The police were called and Shia and the customer were taken away but because neither of them wanted to press charges, they were released after a few hours.

This isn't the first time Shia's had a run in with the law. Back In 2007, he was arrested for drunken trespassing, in 2008 he was arrested for illegally smoking and, later in the year, was arrested for seeming impaired and refusing a breathalyzer after a car crash that crushed his hand, though managed to escape DUI charges.

Recently Shia has admitted to being an alcoholic from a difficult childhood,yet here he was... in a bar!
