Hilary Duff has opted for a darker hair-do (similiar to Lauren Conrad's new do) with dipped extensions, which i am absolutely loving on her but the singer's choice of top is a bit racy!
With a black boob tube bra and black leather pants she's looking bad ass, but does this style work for her?
