Poor Justin Bieber is stuck in Monsoon on Grafton Street in Dublin. What was he thinking walking around in broad daylight??
Apparently the Biebs was shopping with Willow Smith! The duo also hit up Starbucks and Tommy Hilfiger before a massive crowd of girls trapped him in to the ladies fashion shop. (Buying a pressie for girlfriend Selena Gomez maybe?)
