But now Katie Holmes has proved that when it comes to being sexy, she can still pull it out the bag.

The 33-year-old actress is seen going topless in a series of sexy and sultry new campaign for jeweller H. Stern.

Showcasing a pretty necklace, and not much else, Katie looks seductively into the camera as her long brown hair blows out around her.

Katie is also seen displaying her stunning figure in a sexy black one-piece, going for the wet look with her hair slicked back to show off her model-like bone structure.

While the adverts, Katie's third campaign for H. Stern, are currently only running in Israel, they are set to hit America this autumn.

Katie, who is married to Mission: Impossible star Tom Cruise, has been concentrating more on her modelling career after her latest acting offering in The Kennedys was panned by critics.

As well as her campaigns for H. Stern, Katie has also been modelling for Ann Taylor for their spring 2011 campaign.

And in a recent interview, Katie said she is looking forward to a varied future.

She explained: 'I feel ready… for the next chapter of my life. I’m excited to begin a new phase; roles I might have been afraid to play before, places I want to travel with my daughter.

'I’d like to build the design business. But not too fast.'

Katie Holmes isn't letting those Christmas calories get the better of her.

The actress and fitness fanatic was spotted heading off for a work-out in a bid to ward off holiday weight.

Make-up free, the 33-year-old appeared a little worn out as she hit her local gym in Beverly Hills.


The statuesque brunette dressed comfortably for her work-out regime, slipping into a pair of black leggings and a charcoal hoodie.

She also kept her toes warm in a pair of Uggs before getting under-way with her exercise.

No doubt daughter Suri has kept her mother busy over the last few days.

It is unknown if the five-year-old offspring of Holmes and her husband Tom Cruise got everything on her staggering $130,000 Christmas list.

According to In Touch Weekly magazine, the total of the gifts Suri wanted for the festive season surpassed the $100k mark.

A source told the publication: 'Her number one wish is a pony.

Even though she has everything she could ever want, Suri also asked for diamond earrings and beautiful dresses, like a fairy princess gown.

Recently 49-year-old Mission Impossible actor reportedly splashed out a whopping $5,000 so his five-year-old could go ice-skating on a recent trip to the famed New York’s Rockefeller Center.

While Tom and Suri were spotted skating with the rest of the general public, it was also said that the star hired out a VIP area, according to The New York Post.

The 'Igloo' is a completely private zone, where skaters can keep warm in between skates.

'Tom rented it for an entire session so no one else could use it,' a source told The Post.

He also purchased Express passes for the group.

The premium pass allows individuals immediate access to the ice without having to wait in line.

And instead of tucking into refreshments from the canteen, the family, including Suri's mother and Tom's wife Katie Holmes, brought their own delicacies.

While for most five-year-olds stepping onto a slippery ice rink can be a terrifying experience, the famous Hollywood tot took to the ice like a duck to water during another ice-skating expedition in Pennsylvania.

A little bit wobbly at first, Suri was seen gliding around the slick with the help of her father Tom.

The pair were joined by Holmes who played a supporting role by closely following them.

On the ice, Suri gripped on to her father’s hands to steady herself around the rink, but looked full of confidence.

Throwing a good old temper tantrum in public is a little girl's prerogative - and clearly Suri Cruise is no exception.

It is unclear what Suri was getting in such a tizz about - however the youngster quickly got her Hollywood smile back.

Katie managed to allay her daughter's anguish with a lollipop and some toy purchases yesterday from the FAO Schwartz store.

Suri was wearing a pretty pink dress for the outing with her mother.

Earlier, 32-year-old Katie took her daughter to a gymnastics class, where Suri arrived in gold shoes and a tiara.

And today Suri seemed to be on good form as she went for another outing in the Big Apple, and this time daddy Tom came along too.

Cruise arrived back to New York this morning after globe-trotting to promote his new movie, Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol.

The 49-year-old actor was pictured stepping off a helicopter after jetting back to the city before getting into a waiting car to meet his family.

'Her number one wish is a pony,' a source told the publication, which claims her father has already found a stable for the pet near their home in Beverly Hills.

Don't Look Back in Anger singer Noel Gallager is struggling to stay true to his lyrics after an encounter with Katie Holmes.

The 44-year-old former Oasis star isn't too keen on the actress after she gave him a chilly reception in New York City recently.

The two both appeared on the Late Show with David Letterman on November 10.


While the Manchester-born musician was excited to meet Holmes, 32, she didn't exactly reciprocate his enthusiasm.

The hot-tempered Brit took to his blog over the weekend to let off some steam.

'We literally bumped into that top Scientologist Katie Holmes on the way into the studio. We came out of the lift and BANG, there she was,' the Wonderwall singer sneered.

But Katie, who was on the late night show to promote her new comedy, Jack and Jill, wasn't enchanted to meet the music man.

He wrote: 'Now at this point my mate, and friend of the stars, Scully was doing a bit of filming for my website and managed to capture the moment.'

'[Holmes] looked a bit miffed at the various North-West accents and some vigorous handshaking.'

He absolutely adored her Jack and Jill co-star Adam Sandler, saying: 'He was cool as f***!'

He also had nice things to say about fellow guest Steve Martin: 'Top, top man.'

Katie Holmes Gets A New Job!

Yes, Katie Holmes may not be on the big screen anymore but she's just landed a role as the new face of John Frieda! (and a pretty face at that)

The wife of Tom Cruise has just finished filming a new ad cappaign for the haircare barand and will be promoting the new Precision Foam Colour range. Katie is set to appear in a mini-movie called 'The Decision'. In the short film the 32-year-old plays a movie star who decides to colour her own hair at home (taking haircare into her own hands).

The mini-movie will get a premiere in New York NYC on the 22nd of March and you will then be able to view it online. Will you watch it?
