I can see this break-up getting seriously messy!
Eva Longoria's ,soon to be ex, husband Tony Parker has now counterfiled for divorce only two days after the 'Desperate Housewives' actress began legal proceedings to dissolve their marriage.
Apparently the NBA player stated on his documents that the marriage has become:
"insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities".
Yeah of course there's a conflict, you think it's ok to cheat on your wife, and Eva doesn't!!
Apparently Tony goes on to claim that the break-up is non-negotiable as there is no chance of reconciliation between the pair.

Longoria filed for divorce from Parker earlier this week after discovering over a hundred text messages to his teammate's wife Erin Barry. Eva's friend George Lopez also admitted that Eva confessed Tony cheated with model Alexandra Paressant only five months in to their marriage.
What can I say... Once a cheater ALWAYS a cheater!
