CBS News Confirms That FBI Director Robert S. Mueller Lied To Congress About Carrier IQ Spying

In the December 15, 2011 article The FBI Caught Lying About Carrier IQ Spying the Judiciary Report stated, the FBI is hiding the truth about Carrier IQ, when it denied a Freedom of Information Act request on the software, with FBI Director Robert S. Mueller deliberately lying to Congress stating they'd never even contacted the company. A few hours later, CBS News and the Associated Press confirmed Mueller was lying to Congress, via a former employee of Carrier coming forward and stating the FBI had in fact contacted them about their software.

The FBI continues its tradition of lying and deceit, then wonders why the public doesn't trust them. Their well documented history of forcing people to conceal the fact they are using them or their companies to spy on others and or to obtain private records, is working against them in this matter as well (Patriot Act and national security letter abuses scandals, as seen in Congress).

The FBI's blanket spying on innocent people and criminals alike is also not good for business, regarding the U.S. economy. Since the website MuckRock broke the scandal, Carrier IQ, featured on 141,000,000 mobile phones, has been dropped by phone giant Sprint (source: Sprint says it is disabling controversial Carrier IQ software). The Judiciary Report believes law enforcement agencies should have the tools they need to properly conduct investigations, but not a blank check to break the law at innocent people's expense via privacy invasions.

Side Bar: Boy, Mueller was a busy boy this week, lying in Congress about the Death Of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry and Carrier IQ spying. Lying in Congress is a crime.

The FBI Slammed In Congress For Covering Up Death Of U.S. Border Patrol Agent

The FBI is being slammed for covering up evidence in the death of border patrol agent, Brian Terry. FBI Director Robert S. Mueller has been unsuccessfully trying to distance himself from the scandal to Congress and anyone else that will listen. Terry's parents have publicly blame Eric Holder, Obama’s Attorney General, who heads up the Department of Justice, for his death. The FBI is a division of the Department of Justice.

Terry was murdered with weapons Eric Holder illegally trafficked into Mexico in the "Fast and Furious" scandal, using taxpayer money to do so. Roughly 60 members of Congress have condemned Holder’s actions, but he refuses to take responsibility for the deaths of the 3 U.S. police officers and hundreds of Mexican civilians murdered with the weapons he criminally sent into Mexico, without the consent of the Mexican government.

A few Democrats in Congress are trying to defend Holder's appalling conduct and they need to stop before they don't get reelected, over a man who has a number of other horrible scandals on the way, regarding his other crimes at the Department of Justice. It is better that you would say nothing at all, than try to defend the indefensible - murder.

Recently, Holder threatened the Daily Caller website for writing insightful articles on the "Fast And Furious" scandal. He aggressively pointed his finger in the face of a Daily Caller reporter like a bully, attempting to violate his right to free speech and free press, as guaranteed by the Constitution. You would think the Attorney General of all people would respect the Constitution, but his conduct says otherwise. Do remember, nobody likes a thug in a suit. Keep your finger to yourself (especially since most of the time it is in your nose and who knows where else).

Eric Holder and Barack Obama, who continues to insist he has full confidence in Eric Holder, even in the face of the Fast and Furious deaths. This exhibits very poor judgment on the President's part.

The bully tactics, browbeating and bellowing at people are not conduct befitting an officer of the court, especially the nation's top legal official. You should be ashamed of yourself. When people see you do such things, especially in public, they will assume you were dragged up and not brought up by your parents. I don't know why you think this crassness and ill-mannered behavior is flattering, when it indicates poor breeding. Learn some restraint and respect other people's personal space before you disgrace yourself and your family anymore than you already have.

How ironic that Holder's wife is a physician. A doctor married to a man responsible for the preventable deaths of 3 police officers in America and hundreds of Mexican civilians (Fast and Furious scandal) in addition to the deaths of several Jamaican police officers and dozens of Jamaican civilians (Holder's botched Dudus extradition). Holder's wife and kids must be so proud (sarcasm).

I have a question: as a doctor, Ms. Malone, how do you lay in the same bed at night with a man covering up for and helping high profile criminals steal AIDS and cancer pharma funds in addition to money meant for an invention to help the blind see.

The FBI recently denied a formal request under the Freedom of Information Act, for information regarding the agency using Carrier IQ to spy on the American people. They denied the request by the website MuckRock on the basis, "Releasing the information could interfere with ongoing law enforcement operations."

Then days later, in the next breath, the FBI's Director, Robert S. Mueller, publicly denied altogether the agency has been using Carrier IQ. So why deny the formal request for the Freedom of Information Act files on Carrier IQ, if you aren't using it and have no affiliation regarding it. You've contradicted yourself, which indicates lying.

At this point, you may as well strike down the Freedom of Information Act, because you spit on it every single day, lying to the populace that such matters are due to national security, when the fact of the matter is, you do not want the American people to know the terrible extremes you go to in secretly spying on the public. Tell the public how you've done the following to innocent people for political and personal reasons:

Turn mobile phones into invasive audio and video bugs

Hack computers and email boxes of innocent citizens

Hack public library computer systems to spy on patrons using library computers

Employ infrared technology for real time visual spying into people's homes without their knowledge or consent

Demand receipts from major stores in order to spy on what people buy using their debit and credit cards

Utilize GPS in phones and cars to track people

Illegally pry into and demanded medical records you were not entitled to under any law in existence

Illegally spy on minors in unlawful ways, in states of undress in their private homes, while surveilling their parents

Threaten people's underage children and their futures, as a means to bend their parents to do your bidding in cases

Willfully attempt to drive innocent people into committing suicide to close out cases you've messed up in (Bruce Ivins and numerous others)

Lean on the IRS to harass people you target that do not deserve it

Illegally and secretly operate in foreign countries without the permission of the host nations, by employing criminally placed wiretaps, GPS, phone hacking, computer hacking and 24 hour on the ground surveillance (following targets around)

Does any of that sound like law enforcement to you. It sounds more like lawbreaking. It has the look of an antiquated secret police service operating outside the law to manipulate and control citizens for its own benefit and the unbalanced accumulation of so-called power.

FBI rejects FOIA request for Carrier IQ info

Agency says release of data would 'interfere with law enforcement proceedings' December 13, 2011 06:36 AM ET - Computerworld - The FBI has denied a request for the release of information regarding its use of Carrier IQ's software, saying that releasing the information could interfere with ongoing law enforcement operations.

The response does not make clear whether the law enforcement agency is using Carrier IQ software for investigative purposes, or whether the documents it declined to release are related to an investigation of the controversial application.

The request under the Freedom of Information Act was filed Dec. 1 by Michael Morisy, co-founder of MuckRock, a website that helps people file FOIA requests with the government. Morisy asked the FBI for any manuals, documents or other written material it might have related to the FBI's use of data gathered by Carrier IQ.

In response, David Hardy, the section manager of the FBI's Records Management Group, said the FBI has in its possession "responsive documents" pertaining to Carrier IQ. However, Hardy said the FBI would not release the documents as requested because doing so would compromise ongoing investigations...

The FBI Tried To Cover Up Mystery Hack Into Water Systems

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI or as the Judiciary Report likes to call them FIB) is facing difficult questioning, regarding hackers breaking into SCADA water systems in America (could cause contamination, flooding, drought ect). Initially the FBI lied to the public, claiming no such hack occurred. However, they were forced to admit otherwise, also known as the truth, when documents were made public indicating hackers did indeed break into the water supply system computers for 3 U.S. cities.

The FBI punctuated the breach by stating "no damage was done" as if that made everything okay. That’s not the point. Once again, you lied. Any breach is a serious breach, as when hackers break-in but inflict no immediate damage, it is a test run for something worse. Water and sewer department officials need to be on high alert. Something is wrong.

FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller, gave a hypocritical speech this week, patting himself on the back for the job he has done at the Federal Bureau of Investigation, but many online and in legal papers are slamming his conduct as appalling and disgraceful.

Mueller stated this week at the International Association of Chiefs of Police Conference, "There is nothing more rewarding than public service." How would he know. He misused a $15,000,000 government private jet meant for FBI agents on emergency terrorism missions, to fly all over the world in style, eating gourmet meals on the taxpayers' dime, then staying in luxury hotels to deliver useless speeches. As stated on the site before, such conduct from anyone in government posts, is not public service. That’s public disservice. You've cost the taxpayers a fortune.

Furthermore, why are you speaking at the International Association of Chiefs of Police Conference, when FBI agents at the Bureau under your charge, routinely speak of police officers in disrespectful terms, in interdepartmental cases, calling them names like "plebs" and "plebeians" they "don't have to tell anything" during investigations.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but local cops nationwide do a better job than FBI agents. And let's not even talk about that obsession the FBI has with tanking the ATF, which is going to come back to haunt them one day. You are presiding over all that madness and do not deserve to be commended for it.

Mueller is currently on the hot seat for spying on and racially profiling blacks, Muslims and Hispanics in America, in a case that has drawn the ire of the ACLU, who presented proof to illustrate the racist FBI Director has been engaging in said unconstitutional conduct. Mueller also implemented a training program at the FBI that branded all Muslims in America fanatical terrorists or terrorists waiting to happen.

The FBI is on the hot seat this week, over leaked documents belonging to the agency, used to train agents. According to the FBI training materials, "mainstream American Muslims" are "terrorist sympathizers" and Mohammed is a "cult leader." The FBI describes all Muslim charitable giving to Islamic charities as donations to terrorism, described in the manuals as "Funding mechanism for combat." The FBI also teaches agents the more "devout" the Muslim, the more "violent" said person will be. Oh boy, this is not going to go over well with Muslims anywhere.

Based on documents contained in the current leak, the FBI views Muslims as "terrorists" or terrorists waiting to happen, lumping everyone in the religion in the same unflattering bunch. In essence, the FBI is stating, Muslims are criminals. Previously leaked documents published two months ago reveal, the FBI believes Muslims are archaic, non-modern Neanderthals still living according to, "7th century Arab ways."

Note To Self: do not walk anywhere near any FBI buildings in the foreseeable future.

In reading the latest information coming out about the bankruptcy of President Obama's favored Solyndra solar company, which wasted over a half a billion dollars of taxpayer money, one is left to wonder, was the government really that gullible, did Solyndra play the Obama administration for suckers or was the company a cover for something else.

$535 million dollars is a lot of money to commit to a new company, especially one with unproven products and services. Yet, the government had no qualms about doing so, fast tracking the loan within six days, jumping in head first, in what was a terrible deal from the outset. Do you know how many small businesses in America would love a simple $5,000 to $10,000 loan and can't get one, yet Solyndra received this windfall of cash.

The FBI demands taxpayer money from Congress, claiming it is for one thing, but behind closed doors, often uses it for illegal secret programs that shred the U.S. Constitution. Was Solyndra using taxpayer money for reasons other than what was disclosed to the public, as I find it hard to believe any company could blow through half a billion dollars and have absolutely nothing to show for it. What happened here.

I have a question, if I go to Home Depot, buy some sheets of Plexiglas, spray them black, leave them out in the sun and call it a solar initiative, will the government give me $528,000,000 to play with too. Hey, it doesn't hurt to ask.

The FBI raiding Solyndra. Yea, now they want to investigate something, after the brown stuff hit the fan and the taxpayers' money is gone

An article published yesterday in the San Francisco Chronicle indicates, Solyndra sent an "upbeat" report to the government in July 2011 and they apparently bought it hook line and sinker (Feds probe Solyndra's upbeat July report). This was six weeks before they filed for bankruptcy, yet as recently as six months ago, the Judiciary Report again warned the Obama Administration needed to drop its solar initiatives.

If I knew, shouldn't the government have known as well. You mean to tell me the White House and the FBI, an investigative agency, where the President meets with its director, Robert S. Mueller, on a weekly basis, did not know what was going on at Solyndra.

Obama at Solyndra pretending he understands what they are talking about, not realizing it is rubbish that will go on to cost the taxpayers a boatload of cash. He should have let me go there for him, because the first thing out of my mouth after their long speech would have been, "You're talking pure bull!"

It's amazing - the FBI will illegally pry into the lives of writers such as myself (FBI Reproved For Spying On Journalists), day and night, even inappropriately talking to people I know personally, in bids at unconstitutionally swaying my sites and wanting to have unflattering things about them removed, yet a company like Solyndra that was loaned a half a billion dollars in taxpayer funds, they ignored, allowing them to blow all that money and during a financial crisis.

I'm pretty sure, had you collectively asked the taxpayers, who they would have wanted you to spend taxpayer money investigating, giving them the option:

a.) a wonderful annoying, smart alec blogger with a proven track record record of exclusives, who accurately called the FBI a bunch of corrupt privacy invaders wasting the taxpayers' money (the male ego can be so fragile)

-or-

b) a company (Solyndra) loaned $500,000,000 of taxpayer money that will go bankrupt and not repay it, much like the annoying blogger in option "a" warned would fail WELL BEFORE IT HAPPENED.

I'm sure the American people would have chosen option "b" Solyndra over the irritating, smart alec blogger that didn't do anything to anyone. As usual, the FBI continues to pry into the lives of the wrong people, while the real trouble happens elsewhere.

My point? The taxpayer money you wasted watching writers like me and covering it up by hiding the Freedom of Information Act files that reveal it, you could have spent investigating Solyndra and stopped this waste of $500,000,000 in taxpayer money, before the damage was substantial. Personally, I'm offended.
