The Daily Mail newspaper in Britain is not owned by Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp, which is currently embroiled in a terrible phone hacking scandal that I broke first via filing a police complaint, but they are committing the same crimes as well, which I will illustrate in this article, as I am sick of that newspaper and their privacy intrusions that continue to this day.

Once again, the common denominator in all of this, with emphasis on the word common, is Madonna. Her unlawful behavior is what alerted me to the criminal misconduct of her fellow Kabbalah member, Rupert Murdoch and his News Corp company, which triggered the aforementioned 2005 Metropolitan Police complaint I filed, blowing the whistle on their perverse conduct spying on people, via illegal practices, such as phone hacking.

I’ve been writing online for several months that the Daily Mail is also involved in criminal phone hacking, among other things (as is the BBC). Shortly after I wrote said articles on the Judiciary Report, regarding the Daily Mail, lawmakers and legal authorities in London, England publicly stated the criminal practice of phone hacking has been occurring at other newspapers as well and is not solely confined to those belonging to Rupert Murdoch's News Corp.

I noticed the criminal phone hacking regarding the Daily Mail more recently and their behavior, in tandem with ringleader and pervert Madonna, has become very arrogant, intrusive and downright disgusting. It began happening after I would lawfully and publicly quote or link to items from the Daily Mail UK on the Judiciary Report, a practice most journalists and bloggers do regarding a number of sites, as allowed by law.

However, Madonna and the Kabbalah Center, who are under criminal investigation by two federal agencies in America (the IRS and supposedly the FBI), read my websites everyday, as attested by site statistics. I have noticed, when I write about certain people or topics or link to a website, Madonna and Kabbalah publicly hire for a project or try to rope the person into their religious cult or begin placing paid items on that site/publication about themselves, along with copyright infringing items contained in the pieces.

Next it turned into arrogantly printing items in the Daily Mail attributing them to Madonna and or the newspaper, that were criminally lifted from my previous business and personal phone calls and text messages VERBATIM (word for word). In short, they began turning my emails, text messages and phone calls they wiretapped into Madonna articles in the Daily Mail. They've done this dozens of times.

It is being done utilizing the dirty practice of phone hacking and illegal wiretapping, crimes Madonna and Kabbalah's private investigator in America, Anthony Pellicano went to prison for, prompting them to hire new snoops, such as Gavin De Becker, who is actively breaking the law in several nations.

For example, I copyrighted an item for a forthcoming patent called the "Seeing Eye Phone" with the Library of Congress, which is a device whose goal is to help blind people, see via a specialized ray of vision from the phone's camera and an additional apparatus. The name I chose "Seeing Eye Phone" comes from the term "seeing eye dog" which blind people use as a guide to walk around town. I also did what experts refer to as a "poor man’s copyright" where you can text, email or mail an item to yourself, which serves as an instant copyright that is good in international courts of law, as recognized by the United Nations and its WIPO.

I sent myself a private text messages to my private email box for my website www.aishamusic.com as a reminder about the "Seeing Eye Phone." I get so many ideas all the time, so some of them I text or email to my main email box when I have no paper handy to jot them down or text a reminder to my main email box I am in off, regarding a previous item (a reminder to work on the previously copyrighted item some more).

I sent a text from my phone to my email box regarding the "Seeing Eye Phone" as a reminder, as it is an item that I copyrighted and had previously placed a time stamp on via a third method of proving authorship and the date thereof. The date on my text message to my email box is June 4, 2011:

ONE MONTH LATER on July 5, 2011, the Daily Mail in conjunction with Madonna, after engaging in phone hacking and hacking, passed on my previous, private text message I'd sent to my email box about the "Seeing Eye Phone" to someone at Oxford University in England, who is dishonestly and fraudulently taking credit for it in conduct that constitutes a string of criminal felonies in three nations.

As mentioned previous, chronic thief Madonna and her criminal conduct regarding copyright theft, among other things, as described here in this lawsuit, has interfered with the release of my forthcoming cancer and AIDS patents, regarding improving human health and prolonging life (click here for more information).

It's a very dangerous thing they are doing, regarding a fool like Madonna, with the IQ of a piece of plywood, attempting to play around with health and science items she and her fellow fools do not understand. When one steals a copyrighted piece of entertainment, such as a song, as Madonna so frequently does then illegally takes credit for, the work is devalued and damaged and the true owner defrauded, via the Hollywood practice of changing a line or two in a vain bid to camouflage the theft. However, when one attempts to steal a health and science product and plays around with it, in bids at concealing the theft, innocent sick people could die when idiots start trying to alter elements thereof.

Knowing the arrogant fool Madonna is, she will try to bribe someone, as she has been outed for doing in the past, while thinking nothing will come of her criminal conduct, but mark my words, everything is going to come of it where the law is concerned, especially regarding this latest incident.

Side Bar: Another item of note. I've observed items from me and my family's preexisting emails, medical records on my computer and phone calls to doctors and nurses, in relation to our physical health, later criminally excerpted word for word in the Daily Mail on several occasions, for medical articles in their newspaper, which is abominable. It also constitutes gross and egregious criminal violations of HIPAA laws.

I've saved all the offending medical articles and infringing articles about Madonna from the Daily Mail (and Murdoch's newspapers) and will make them public along with my private, preexisting emails, texts and other time stamped items for comparison, to show you the public, how much these animals have violated me and my family in their greed and quest for money. The evidence is irrefutable and undeniable.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is what you get when you buy papers like the Daily Mail and those belonging to Rupert Murdoch's News Corp - criminal invasion of privacy violating innocent people for profit.

Journalist Jamie Pyatt, from Rupert Murdoch’s Sun Newspaper in London, apart of News International/News Corp, has been arrested for bribing police in the ongoing phone hacking scandal that has caught the attention of the world, which has been left aghast at their criminal conduct.

Murdoch publicly swore left and right that the criminal activity at his company, News Corp, was only confined to their newspaper News of the World, which he shuttered due to public backlash. However, the latest arrest proves once again, he is an unconscionable liar.

When I first broke the story online, regarding the phone hacking scandal in 2005, via a formal complaint I filed with the Metropolitan Police in London, after a trip where I was harassed by Madonna and Rupert Murdoch's Kabbalah cult that set up shop in England, the Sun Newspaper and News Group Newspapers were the names I mentioned in the complaint.

News Group Newspapers is the parent company of the Sun Newspaper and News of the World, both owned by News International/News Corp. Then I witnessed as the criminal misconduct spread to other areas of News Corp, such as News of the World, FoxNews.com, 20th Century Fox and the Wall Street Journal.

I was defamed, attacked, threatened and assaulted for speaking up, by the aforementioned cult and company, who have formally been accused by the government of using 'mafia tactics' on people. But there you have it, once again, my claims have been proven true. The fact of the matter is I’m not the liar in this case. They would have sued me long ago had I been lying about anything, but they could not, as I have been telling the truth and have digital and paper evidence to back it up.

The sad part is, the criminal misconduct against me in the case has not subsided. I bought a laptop that I author my copyrights on, but I do not connect it to the internet, to prevent hacking, as a safety measure. When I went to the Kroll investigative agency in 2006, they warned me that would not be enough, as I could be approached on the street by someone affiliated with the case, who could use a weapon and demand my bag with my laptop.

I was told this information after a death threat from the Kabbalah cult to "slit my throat" over my Copyrighted Catalog containing 14,000 songs, 1000 movie scripts, movie treatments and short stories, 30 book manuscripts, 300 music video treatments, 500 photographs, 100 photo treatments, perfume, clothing line, nano-technology, a solar cell phone and thousands of other items that the aforementioned losers have been criminally helping themselves to, taking credit and payment for my PREEXISTING work, while butchering and devaluing the copyrights. Having a large copyrighted catalog is a danger to one's life where Hollywood is concerned, as they'd just as soon as see you dead than owning something, your own property, they are not making all the money off. Once again, 'mafia tactics'.

The other day, a member of the Miami Kabbalah Center threatened and harassed me in public. He was accompanied by two other cult members. All of them looked sick, deranged and dehydrated. One of them threatened to "steal my bag" with the laptop in it and motioned for it, prompting me to clutch the bag. When I raised my voice and started curtly telling them I'm not interested in what they have to say, they realized people were staring at them and walked away.

In another incident, I was sitting on a bench typing, whilst waiting for my mom to finish shopping in a store and another insane person sent by Madonna from the Miami Kabbalah Center, kept trying to see what I was typing and then tried to grab the laptop by the screen. Madonna has a new album coming out shortly, according to other sites and the desperate witch needs material to steal.

The British government has made over a dozen arrests regarding people involved in the phone hacking scandal, but sadly, none of the big fish have been charged and detained. They have and are committing crimes from British, American and Australian shores, reaching into other territories and it must stop, as it is criminal.

Another example, I just returned from a two week business trip to Jamaica, regarding something very important and during my stay, I used my dad’s computer. My dad is a Jamaican Justice of the Peace and Madonna's Kabbalah criminally hacked into his computer because I was using it (the internet connection).

All the stupid hacking stunts, gimmicks and interference that occurs in Miami on a daily basis, began happening while I was using my dad's computer in Jamaica and the computer files reveal hacker intrusion (in Jamaica as well). This occurred because Madonna’s hackers, traced back to the Madonna.com web team, hacked into my dad’s computer within days of me being in Jamaica.

They are that sick and obsessed that they could not stand the thought of me having privacy for a few days in my family's home in Jamaica and them not knowing what I was doing online. These are serious felonies they committed from U.S. and British shores, that criminally trespassed into Jamaican territory. I made a copy of the files revealing the criminal hacks.

Madonna/Kabbalah are a bunch of perverts and degenerates. How do they justify criminally hacking into the computer of an innocent family in another nation, who are quietly and privately living their lives. The British government has a responsibility to Jamaica, apart of the commonwealth, to stop such criminal activity emanating from its shores, at the hands of a sick cult, led by a deranged pop star, Madonna.

Since the FBI has corruptly refused to do its job, you should put a halt to Madonna's madness in the London Kabbalah Center reaching into other nations. Once again, what business does that sick cult have in my dad's computer. If the FBI had reined in Madonna and Kabbalah, in the first place, as it is their constitutional duty, this would not have happened.

Jamaica is a small sovereign nation and like all countries, has its own issues to deal with and does not need Madonna's lawbreaking madness descending on its shores. After all, look what the crazy witch did in Malawi, Africa. That vagrant troublemaker Madonna has left them devastated, disillusioned and destitute, while she and her cronies steal millions raised using their country's name and stash it in offshore accounts (according to Newsweek).

Furthermore, all Madonna has done is insult Britons, offensively labeling the nation's citizens "lazy" and British homes "cold and damp" (homes listed in national registries, due to their place in history - that tacky, trashy, no class woman with no sense of culture is insulting).

She walks around with this arrogance like she was born with a silver spoon in her mouth, when she was born into a poor household and based on what is written online, descends from poor immigrants. She also thinks she is the Queen, evident by clothes she wears stating as such, when she is as common as they come. Really, look who is calling someone lazy - an untalented, unattractive, ungracious troublemaker that stole people's copyrights for every single CD she has ever put out, also known as a fraud and criminal copyright infringement. One does not get lazier than that in life.

This week, I wasn't even back in Miami, Florida two whole days before Madonna's sick, vile Kabbalah cult started up the unwanted and unwelcome harassment, hacking and stalking again, which they are doing at her behest, trying to cause me and my family maximum distress, in criminal violation of the Civil Rights Act. There's something very wrong with them. Someone so clearly indicates they want nothing to do with you, as I have and yet you continue to try to force your way into the person's life.

I am currently being terrorized by them regarding where I live in Miami, in deeds the Kabbalah Center underwrote and I shall go into great detail regarding it in a coming article. As seen in the Anthony Pellicano case (Madonna's former private investigator who is now in prison) and what the evil beast did in Malawi, Africa in bulldozing an entire village under the auspices of building a school she had no intention of constructing, only using their nation's name to raise millions she and her cult Kabbalah stole, that satanic madwoman has a thing about constantly trying to put people out of their homes via fraud.

That sick cult has done that to me twice already, as describe in this lawsuit (see paragraphs 28-29) and is trying to do it again. As I stated days ago in this article, they are trying to force me out of America. They want my newer copyrights and want me out of the way as well. The FBI/DOJ knows about their criminal behavior, but the Obama Administration is clearly backing it, supporting their campaign donors in Hollywood, at the expense of an innocent immigrant.
