The FBI’s Computer System Is Still A Monumental Failure That Is Once Again Behind Schedule

I guess the FBI isn’t tired of failure. Recently, it was announced again that their long overdue computer system (software and hardware) is behind schedule and costing taxpayers a bundle, pardon the pun. The Judiciary Report previously wrote about the topic: IG: FBI Computer System On Track For Failure and FBI Computer System Still A Financial Sinkhole.

Once again, years ago, the Judiciary Report’s sister site, the Sound Off Column, predicted this would happen (www.soundoffcolumn.com/june_06.htm). When the site started writing about the FBI, the law enforcement agency didn’t even have a computer system or basic emails. Agents did everything by pen, pad and tape recorder. The site laid out a plan for achieving a great computer system and warned what not to do lest they fail and run into monumental delays.

The FBI didn’t listen to the warnings and the Sound Off Column’s predicted worst case scenarios happened, leading to the U.S. taxpayers getting burned big time, which all could have been avoided. When I write things it is for a reason. The FBI reads my websites everyday according to site statistics, so they saw the suggestions and have no excuse for running amok like they did.

At the end of the day, the U.S. taxpayers are left holding the bag to the tune of a few hundred million dollars in wasted money via the failed computer system. That adds to the national deficit. Do you know how many jobs could have been created with that few hundred million dollars.

Hollywood reality star, Kim Kardashian, rang in the New Year in Las Vegas with a plastic face. At 31-years of age, she continues to tweak her face with unnecessary cosmetic surgery procedures that are prematurely aging her. These cosmetic jobs have left her face with a fake pillow look and duck lips that are not flattering. She looked better before. Her face also looks so uncomfortably tight and stretched that if she sneezed she'd probably blow a hole in her cheeks.

In other Kardashian news, yesterday the frequently bashed singer actress person tweeted on the social networking website Twitter, "I wanna be more simple in 2012." These jokes just write themselves. I don't think you can get anymore simple, Kim. If you become anymore simple, you'll be brain dead.

There's Trouble Ahead

Due to choices made by President Obama and members of Congress that backed his decisions, the U.S. economy is headed for more trouble in 2012. The debt load is far too high for any nation. The government continues to spend more than it takes in, which in the realm of common sense, is disaster waiting to happen. If this continues, America (U.S. government) will default on all its debts.

This past weekend it was announced, President Obama, is set to go back to Congress to request $1.2 trillion dollars in new spending. Somebody's going to pay for that and it is going to be the taxpayers. President Obama is saddling the nation's current and future generations with unprecedented debt, while the economy continues to erode.

What Obama is doing is not working and has not worked over the past three years he has been in office. Puzzlingly, he refuses to change course, believing with each massive new round of expenditures, the nation will somehow break out of the financial crisis.

Foreclosures are up, home values are down. The job market is in a terrible state, with many people giving up on finding work. U.S. businesses continue to close at an unprecedented rate. This is not going in the right direction, but President Obama continues down this path.

Her face has been cut and stretched so many times, she looks like a weathered thanksgiving turkey on its last legs, ready to pop and collapse with the next cut.

Rumors in the industry indicate, unattractive Madonna has reportedly been undergoing more plastic surgery, in anticipation of her forthcoming CD and Super Bowl performance. Many online have slammed the news that she is the choice for the half time show, stating she is a terrible selection. She better hope she doesn't get booed.

At the end of the day, anyone robbing and exploiting starving Africans which include children, to maintain her luxury lifestyle while they die from poverty and disease or viciously harasses and threatens an ethnic group for foul, inexcusable reasons, should not be on television or the radio. She is an evil ball of hatred and greed, going around seething looking for someone to harm and defraud.

Interscope Records is releasing her forthcoming CD, which is also the label Lady GaGa records for and is their top entertainer. Madonna started stalking GaGa the minute she got any buzz and has been acting like a groupie ever since, trying to ride her coattails. She intends to directly compete with Gaga, which is going to cause problems at Interscope. It is being said Gaga is not happy with the move, as Madonna is well-known for flat out stealing from entertainers, as the basis for her entire career. With her that close at Interscope, Gaga projects will get snatched that much quicker when she starts harassing and paying off staff. But she never does the work she steals any justice, as she is a pathetic pretender, who is devoid of talent.

She is out of her league trying to compete with Gaga. While the younger singer is unoriginal, as seen in various copyright infringement claims, so is the older one and to worse degrees. It should be noted, Gaga has youth on her side and that young demographic as a result. She can also sing, where Madonna simply cannot and never has been able to in anyway, relying on studio gadgetry to stop listeners ears from completely bleeding.

Since Madonna and her crazy religious cult, which is under criminal investigation, like to interfere in people's lives and harass and terrorize others, here's a bit of industry talk for you. She is not getting along with her daughter, who she drags all over the industry to very grown up and inappropriate events and the girl is complaining she can't wait to turn eighteen and leave her house. Living with "Mommy Dearest" is clearly a nightmare. She is also fighting with Guy Ritchie over how their son is being raised in an effeminate manner. Well, his uncle is gay and she still dates Miami lesbian Ingrid Caseres, so what does he expect...

Yeater, who also has a criminal record, accused two other men she knows of impregnating her, before finally homing in on Bieber, who says he has never met her and maintains she is lying. I have a better idea. Here's my idea for a new reality show: gather all the stars from irritating reality shows and drop them in a pit of alligators or tank of sharks and whoever survives...gets electrocuted. You have to cover all your bases. Too violent? Okay, in stead of a pit of alligators, how about a cauldron of crocodiles (after the first bite the animals would die of silicone poisoning).

It's simple, the public is tired of suffering under terrible financial burdens that have only gotten worse, while Obama experiments with economic patch jobs that keep breaking down again.

The president is not using the correct methods of finance and budgeting the correct the economy. There are no proven results present in his presidency, because in 2009 he took the unusual step of eliminating fiscal discipline from the national budget, in favor of excessive spending, where his campaign donors made out like bandits. The Hill Poll: Obama Won’t Win Re-Election

Monday, 19 Dec 2011 11:52 AM - A plurality of likely voters believes President Barack Obama will lose his re-election bid next year, according to a new poll by The Hill. The survey showed 46 percent of respondents think Obama will lose, while 41 percent believe he will win.

Among independents, who will likely determine the election’s outcome, 43 percent see Obama getting re-elected and 40 percent don’t. That 3-percentage-point gap matches the poll’s margin of error.

Given those numbers, it’s not too surprising that voters don’t give the president high marks for his first term. A majority 51 percent of respondents regard Obama as either a failure (37 percent) or not very successful (14 percent). Meanwhile, 48 percent say he was either very successful (16 percent) or somewhat successful (32 percent)...

When a then Senator Obama ran for the job of President of the United States, he mounted a grass roots campaign, misleading the populace that he was in favor of the poor and would change things for the better. Three years on he has changed things for the worst. Despite public warnings, he spent the nation into a bigger financial hole, refused to make necessary budget cuts and did not tax the rich to bring in much needed tax revenue. Now he seeks a second term to do more of the same and America would collapse under that debt trajectory he has planned.

Obama went to Washington and fell in line with the corruption, spending taxpayer money on fruitless endeavors that trample decency and thrift in favor of greed and mercilessness to the poor. He has compromised and sold out the American people in favor of rich donors called "bundlers" (bring in $250,000 each) as they sought him to champion their hedonistic, greedy, unethical lifestyles, which is why his presidency has failed. It's time he admits that and stop playing the people for fools. What he did has not worked for the economy.

When you can boast your time in office resulted in child poverty reaching an all time high and a record number of Americans losing their homes, cars, savings and jobs, with some U.S. states surpassing Great Depression levels in unemployment, you have failed. It's only a matter of time before other states catch up if the problem is not corrected. Own up to it. You did the wrong thing and now millions are suffering (see Obama's "shovel ready" jobs fiasco). It's been three years since Bush kick started this financial nightmare and Obama has not been the sweet dream to remedy it. He has been the sequel.

Some play the race card in attempting to defend the past three abysmal years, but do look at the numbers, black people in America are poorer than they've ever been. Stop making everything about race. Look at the facts. As a black person I wanted him to succeed as the first black president of America, but the public has seen such treachery from him.

He has repeatedly looked the other way to the unthinkable, which is a bad sign. He has done the wrong thing on a number of issues and many have been hurt because of it. He is the one that needs change, as in he needs to change and stop dishonoring black people everywhere that went to bat for him, only for him to spectacularly strike out.

Guider was forced to work in their deranged "Sea Org" division, in the bottom of the cult's Freewinds cruise ship. Guider's passport was confiscated, while she was held for 6-years against her will, forced to work long shifts, with very little sleep and no pay. Former members of Scientology that have fled the cult have stated children are being sexually molested at sea in international waters, where the cult believes they are free to do as they please, outside U.S. jurisdiction, where it is headquartered (Los Angles, California). Their victims come from America and other nations of the world and all tell the same story of mind numbing physical and mental abuse, whilst being fleeced of all their money and worldly possessions.

For those of you thinking about joining Scientology, think again. It is a cult with a terrible history of awful court cases against it for severe abuse, robbery, assault, tax evasion and financial theft. Roughly 100 of its members have died in so-called accidents and suicides, which court cases and witnesses stated were more like murder under the cult's "Fair Game" practice of silencing dissidents.

According to leaked Scientology documents, these methods of silencing critics and so-called "suppressive persons" can include, but it not limited to harassment, stalking, invasion of privacy, destruction of their business, getting them fired from their job, assault and ultimately murder.

Former "American Idol" talent judge and current resident chief grump on "X-Factor" is exploiting children for ratings on the show. Nowhere was it more apparent than the breakdown of 12-year-old Rachel Crow on air, when she was eliminated from his contrived show that is completely rigged.

It's clear Crow sustained emotional trauma from the games being played on the show. She is not the only minor that experienced this all in the name of ratings (that show is lacking it). Dangling that carrot of fame before children's faces so Cowell can increase his unlawfully enriched bank accounts.

Honestly, to this day I have not seen an entire episode of any of the Kardashians’ shows, only clips here and there and it was enough to put me off. I want to be entertained - I don’t want to be patronized, duped and lied to by a money hungry clan.

This was another publicity stunt to make Usher look bad, in the face of a messy revision of a divorce settlement agreement for more money and the reinstatement of a Saks Fifth Avenue card. If Raymond did indeed stand up his son, that would be very wrong. Kids remember those things and Usher need not do that again. However, it is not something Foster Raymond should be advertising on social networking websites, essentially embarrassing their child, who may look back on it later with sadness.

Side Bar: I don't know what's sadder - the little boy waiting on the curb for his dad that does not show or the fact me and the little boy have the same jacket...in the same color.
