Amy Winehouse's Posthumous Album Tops The Charts In A Bittersweet Occurrence

"Lioness: Hidden Treasures" the posthumous album of singer, Amy Winehouse, who died this past summer at the age of 27 from alcohol poisoning, has topped the charts in her native Britain. It is a bittersweet occurrence. Winehouse is gone to the grave from her own vices, which sadly consumed her and inadvertently negatively influenced other young men and women as well. Hard drugs and hard drinking had become apart of her act.

Winehouse and her contemporaries such as Pete Doherty in Britain, Lil Wayne and Rihanna in America, have set a very negative example for their fans, via drug and alcohol abuse. I'm not trying to knock Amy, as I'd hoped for the best for her, when she tried to dry out in the Caribbean, but I can't help but think she fell victim to the image she promoted. It became expected of her and due to those low expectations the industry placed on her, she wasn't afraid to fail at giving up on those vices.

When Winehouse first started her career with the debut CD "Frank" she was this healthy, pretty looking Jewish girl, who was unequivocally the best mainstream female singer in modern music. But then, like so many before her, she fell in with the wrong people in the entertainment industry and it cost her so much via what was brought into her environment.

Her boyfriend, who then became her husband, introduced her to hard drugs and she also began to drink more. It took a toll on her appearance, as she became gaunt, anorexic and frail, her skin erupted in sores and she began losing her teeth. She became a different person.

The drugs and alcohol so took over, she was seen snorting on stage and drinking alcohol during the middle of shows. My advice to those thinking about trying drugs thinking it looks cool or will make them feel good, is do not do it. Remember Amy and what it did to her life. Some of you do not have the make up to be moderate drinkers either, as one small drink will not do and could prove the gateway to a life of alcoholism...or one cut short by it.

Tameka Foster Raymond, 40, the ex-wife of singer, Usher Raymond, 33, has made a formal plea to court, requesting expedited drug testing of the R&B crooner, to prevent him from flushing his system of illegal substances in their custody hearing. She does have a point.

It is said cocaine can be diminished in the system in 48-72 hours and there are cleanse products that aid in the process. Usher is a drug addict, but keeps it hidden from his fans. Certainly he has enough industry friends enablers to school him on how to accelerate the process of expelling the drugs from his system to the point he can pass a drug test. Once again, he needs rehab before he becomes another casualty of the Hollywood lifestyle.

If Raymond did indeed stand up his son, that would be very wrong. Kids remember those things and Usher need not do that again. However, it is not something Foster Raymond should be advertising on social networking websites, essentially embarrassing their child, who may look back on it later with sadness.

R&B singer, Usher Raymond, 32, who signed teen pop star, Justin Bieber, 17, to a record deal, is in hot water today, as his ex-wife, the vindictive, Tameka Foster Raymond, has filed papers with the court, to strip him of custody of their two children. The couple currently have a joint custody agreement, regarding their sons that Foster alleges Raymond is not upholding.

Years ago the Judiciary Report repeatedly stated Foster is blackmailing Raymond, holding something over his head. At first I thought it was just the bisexual thing, but the latest incendiary reports indicate Raymond is a cocaine user. Previously, I knew of his fondness for weed, but cocaine is another story. That is no joke.

Foster demanded in court papers that Raymond take a drug test and USHER REFUSED. That doesn't look good regarding his sobriety. Dude is running from drug tests like his name is Lindsay Lohan (you really thought I'd do a drug article and not mention Lohan - girlfriend must have a royalty or patent of some kind on cocaine by now - she owns it).

He likes drugs, she likes drinking. Not a good combo.

I am of the belief, Foster, a former fashion stylist, did this out of spite, because Raymond closed her Saks Fifth Avenue credit card, as stated in court papers. Raymond is also making a lot more money since the success of Justin Bieber, which she has not received a cut of in any measure. Unless Foster had a clause in their divorce settlement, stating she is entitled to money from Raymond's future earnings, the judge is under no obligation to revisit his fiancés in this regard. Cases of that nature have failed in Hollywood (Atlanta courts may rule differently - you never know).

Foster is being greedy. This whole palaver is over the Saks Fifth Avenue credit card. She knew all this time that Usher has serious issues with drugs, in addition to mental health problems, now all of a sudden she is concerned about her kids welfare when he is present.

Not to mention, as past incidents have shown, she is more violent than he is, threatening to beat up people in Atlanta that wrote unflattering items about her and keying Raymond's luxury car in Los Angeles, because he began dating another woman after leaving her. If you cared that much you'd force him into rehab using the courts, not employ your kids as pawns to have your Saks Fifth Avenue credit card reinstated.

According to many stories about the former New York club Studio 54, there was an elderly grandma there partying every night, until she keeled over a died one day. Madonna is such an embarrassment. Her daughter looks like she is hoping her mom will break her hip, so she will stop dancing and they can go home. Most kids can hide the embarrassing stuff their parents do, this one can't, as it is in the newspaper, because her mom tipped off the paparazzi.

Initially, a few papers reported that late singer, Amy Winehouse, died of a drug overdose, as she was allegedly seen purchasing a variety of drugs the night before she died in London, England. However, a coroner ruled this week that Winehouse died of alcohol poisoning, as she was 5 times over the legal limit. In short, no illegal drugs were found in her system. Winehouse drank herself to death. What a tragic waste of life and great musical talent.

It's amazing that former child star, Lindsay Lohan, continues to be rearrested then bail out of jail the same day, as she did yesterday, after violating her probation once again. The public is not in support of her behavior. Today she backed out of court ordered community service at a Los Angeles morgue, claiming she could not find the entrance to the building.

Paparazzi photographed her speeding away from the building in her new $80,000 Porsche, when she has so many debtors that want their money back, they are suing her left, right and center. Way to prioritize, Lindsay. Any director that is not crazy would not hire someone that continues to show a severe lack of discipline and commitment to something so serious, as court orders from a sitting judge, even though she knows she could go to jail. So what's to stop her from ruining your movie, where incarceration isn't even a threat.

The judge has spelled it out, follow orders or go I will throw your freckled behind in jail. Yet Lohan keeps looking at the judge like she just drank a slurpee and had a brain freeze. Why hire Lohan and so-called entertainers like her, when there are sober, sane and excited people of all ages willing to show up on time and actually work for the, gasp, entire day of shooting.

Of course, she is getting paid for messing up in court and running a muck in general, via selling paparazzi photos and stories, but nothing near what she would be if she actually completed a proper film, which makes her conduct all the more illogical and baffling.

Labeouf later returned and approached the man that restrained him, making a gesture indicating he wants to cut his throat.

LaBeouf needs help. He has gotten into fights on several occasions, even outside Walgreen's pharmacy of all places. The blows he took to the head outside the bar in the most recent incident, could have caused serious brain injuries, had the fight not been broken up. If he continues on this path, things will not end well. Getting drunk and or high is bad enough, but when you are famous or an attractive woman, there is an added risk to your safety.

As was to be expected, 33-year-old Ashton Kutcher's mistress, Sara Leal, 23, is claiming after their night of adulterous sex, behind the back of his wife Demi Moore, 48, without the use of a condom, she may be pregnant with his child. Boy, Kutcher really got himself in to trouble with this one. I heard from a reliable source that Kutcher has been slamming Leal like a dog in Hollywood, calling her names like "stupid who*e" for bringing all this bad publicity on him, over their fling at the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego.

Leal is not going to break into Hollywood, in the manner she originally thought she would, after meeting and having sex with Kutcher and this is where the problem began regarding her lack of silence. She was ushered out of his hotel room, not long after they did the deed, which she found insulting. Kutcher told her before sex they had sex that he was separated from Moore, which led her to believe she had a chance at something long term with him. This ain't "Pretty Woman" girlfriend.

So now she's been milking this self-induced scandal for all it's worth, bitter that he did not take their sexual relationship further and help advance her career as an aspiring actress. However, judging by her U.S. Weekly interview, she is not exactly Meryl Streep. She needs work. Kutcher's indiscretion has infuriated his wife, who wanted to have his child, but due to her age, has been having trouble conceiving. As a result, this adulterous wound is especially painful for her, because she knows Kutcher wants to be a dad.

At 42-years-old, Moore should have been very concerned about marrying a famous 27-year-old, as they are prone to promiscuity. Moore took a massive risk in marrying Kutcher, as due to their circumstances and considerable age difference, problems of a serious nature were bound to crop up (and did). It was not a good idea.

Furthermore, Kutcher's friends are young, rowdy and always in woman trouble behind the scenes. Their aim is to unethically have sex with as many women as possible. Why did she think they'd be a good influence on him. You've got Justin Timberlake, who can't keep his you know what zipped up, cheating on beautiful twenty something actress, Jessica Biel. You've got Leonardo DiCaprio shamelessly sleeping with anything that has a pulse. He is also apart of a vulgarly named pack of male stars in Hollywood, whose moniker contains a crude name for the female sex organ.

You've got stoner Danny Masterson, who is often on the prowl. Then there's handsome, Wilmer Valderama, who has dated so many young women in and out of Hollywood, most bloggers have lost count. Hollywood men even cheat on young Playboy bunnies. That's just their mentality (and it's not a good one). Moore should not have expected anything from Kutcher, other than heartbreak.

Side Bar: In most of the online photos of Sara Leal, she has a drink in her hand and looks drunk in a number of the pics. Kutcher is also an alcoholic. It's time they both went into rehab, before they get themselves into anymore trouble. The damage to their health is going to start surfacing in a few years and it will not be pretty.
