Not a nice vice, Lindsay! Miss Lohan sneaks out for a cigarette break during family dinner

Smokin': Lindsay Lohan looked stylish as she smoked a cigarette outside a restaurant in New York last night with a chum


Mean Girls star Lindsay Logan has sworn off drugs as she attempts to fulfill the terms of her probation.

But the actress still clearly loves the buzz of nicotine, as she was spotted enjoying a smoke break after attending a birthday dinner for her brother Michael Jr in New York last night.

And she appeared to be having a puff with chum as they took some time out from the fun family meal.


The actress looked glamorous in a black fur coat, shorts skirt and stiletto boots as she took time out from the festivities to enjoy a quick puff.

And she also smiled as she checked her phone, perhaps after receiving a message from her latest rumoured boyfriend, hunky German designer Philipp Plein.

On the other hand she may have just got some news about the exciting new project she seemed to have been reading on the plane as she flew from Los Angeles to New York for Christmas.

Lindsay also enjoyed chatting over cigarettes with her mother Dina and the birthday boy himself Michael Jr, who recently turned 24 outside swanky eaterie Beaumarchais.

However there was no sign of her little sister Ali, who had flown in with her yesterday, and who may have been saving herself for her own bash as she turns 17 today.

Another person who does not seem to have been there was Lindsay's father Michael.

But he has just gone on the record to say he supports his daughter's decision to
strip off her soft porn magazine Playboy.

In an interview for Dr Drew's Lifechangers he said: 'It’s a move in a direction where she’s working. If she’s happy with it, I’m happy with it.'

And when Dr Pinsky asked him if he had seen it, while pulling out the magazine, he said: 'I haven’t seen it and I never look at it, any of it. There she is. Do I have to close my eyes?

'I heard it’s classy. She did some movies that were a little risque at times and I couldn’t even go to the movies and watch it. I wanted to, but I couldn’t.'

Right before each album, Madonna, like a certain other singer, gets plastic surgery done (but she looks worse each time). It's hilarious watching her knocking herself out in trying to fool the world that she is 21 (Photoshop, CGI, NASA). She needs to let it go already, because she is making a fool of herself. She looks older than her age, yet is dressed like a teenager. Explain that. She makes Lindsay Lohan look like a fresh faced fetus.

Playboy cover model Lindsay Lohan enjoys her final days of freedom... but what's with the cardigan?

Dressed up: Without the fake tan and the skimpy outfit, Lindsay Lohan looked more demure as she left her hotel in Hollywood


She stripped off for her controversial Playboy shoot yesterday after a judge allowed her to fulfill the $1million contract ahead of her upcoming jail stint.

But later, the troubled actress cut a more demure figure - for her at least - as she left The Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood.

With only five days to go before she is sent back to prison, the 25-year-old donned a baggy black cardigan over a beige skirt with just a hint of cleavage showing.


It is unlike her usual skimpy attire, including her sexy maid and nurse Halloween outfits over the weekend.

The platinum blonde star also appeared to have skipped on her usual fake tan which often leaves he with streaky arms and legs.

Her lips bright red lips looked fuller than usual, sparking speculation she had had collagen injections.

The actress reportedly stripped for Playboy yesterday.

But it said the shoot was the second for Lindsay after Hefner decided he wasn't happy with the first set of photos and hired a new photographer.

Sources told RadarOnline: 'Lindsay was told that the Playboy executives wanted to go another direction with her shoot so they asked her to come back for a second time.

'There is never a guarantee that everyone will like the photos or that they will be of high enough quality to use for the cover, but Playboy wanted to make sure that Lindsay’s pictures were exactly what they wanted.'

Lindsay appeared happy and smiled for the waiting cameras yesterday despite being sentenced to 30 days in jail on Wednesday for violating her probation.

She is on probation after she was charged with the theft of a necklace reported stolen from a jewelry store in January.

The actress was sentenced to 120 days in jail but served her sentence under house arrest, wearing a tracking ankle monitor, for 35 days in May and June.

On Wednesday, Lindsay waived her rights at her probation violation hearing at the Los Angeles Superior Court Airport Branch and admitted the violation.

Judge Stephanie Sautner ordered the actress so surrender to the jail by Wednesday.

She was not immediately put behind bars because the judge decided to allow her time to complete her nude photo shoot for Playboy, according to TMZ.

The star's lawyer, Shawn Holley, is understood to have told the judge in chambers that her client had a $1million contract with Hugh Hefner's publication.

As well as serving the jail time the actress must continue her community service at the Los Angeles county morgue.

But TMZ reported that she may serve just minutes behind bars.

A source within the Sheriff's Department told the website that if someone receives a misdemeanor sentence of 90 days or less, they are routinely processed in and then released.

I was trying to avoid the next story, as it is plain pathetic, but since certain people are trying to paint the fact that Lindsay Lohan is posing nude in Playboy and fully so might I add, as something positive when it is not, I decided to write about it.

It is true, notorious Hollywood druggie and alcoholic, Lindsay Lohan, has started the process of posing nude for Playboy magazine and is trying to label it an artistic endeavor, when it is smut and her way of trying to get money to buy more cocaine, meth, heroine and booze.

Call it what it is and stop pretending. You've hit rock bottom and based on other negative things I know you are doing behind the scenes in Hollywood that the public is soon to find out about, you're going to fall even further. Stop trying to make your fall from grace seem like something admirable, as it is one of the worst living Hollywood tragedies. People needn't follow her example.

Lohan again defied the restraining order the court imposed against him for this abusive behavior. If you remember correctly, Lindsay Lohan was accused of stalking her ex-girlfriend, Samantha Ronson (Lindsay Lohan Lies About Stalking Sam Ronson).

The entire Lohan clan is in the mind numbing Hollywood cult Kabbalah and due to their deranged conduct, the whole family should qualify for great rates at psychiatrists offices, as it is clear they are all insane and severely so. They are seriously dysfunctional and mentally imbalanced.

If someone doesn't want anything to do with you, why stalk and or keep trying to contact them. Why trespass on their property. Why follow them everywhere. It looks absolutely crazy to normal folks, but people with mental illness make excuses in their minds to justify the unjustifiable.

Then they try to pain their victims as the victimizers, which is just as sick as the illegal stalking and harassment. Learn to leave people alone. There are no allowances under the law for stalking, harassing, menacing, assaulting or trying to kill others. It is completely criminal.

She Has Seen The Courthouse More Than The Film Set

It's amazing that former child star, Lindsay Lohan, continues to be rearrested then bail out of jail the same day, as she did yesterday, after violating her probation once again. The public is not in support of her behavior. Today she backed out of court ordered community service at a Los Angeles morgue, claiming she could not find the entrance to the building.

Paparazzi photographed her speeding away from the building in her new $80,000 Porsche, when she has so many debtors that want their money back, they are suing her left, right and center. Way to prioritize, Lindsay. Any director that is not crazy would not hire someone that continues to show a severe lack of discipline and commitment to something so serious, as court orders from a sitting judge, even though she knows she could go to jail. So what's to stop her from ruining your movie, where incarceration isn't even a threat.

The judge has spelled it out, follow orders or go I will throw your freckled behind in jail. Yet Lohan keeps looking at the judge like she just drank a slurpee and had a brain freeze. Why hire Lohan and so-called entertainers like her, when there are sober, sane and excited people of all ages willing to show up on time and actually work for the, gasp, entire day of shooting.

Of course, she is getting paid for messing up in court and running a muck in general, via selling paparazzi photos and stories, but nothing near what she would be if she actually completed a proper film, which makes her conduct all the more illogical and baffling.

I think the public would be surprised if Lohan got something right, managed to successfully follow court orders and not violate her probation. Some would be more shocked than an electrician.

She has lost just about everything due to the aforementioned issues - 30,000,000 in the bank, a mansion, a condo and a lucrative film career.

However, she is not taking the right steps to get her life back. She's blown off the judge's orders once again, regarding community service and she doesn't take rehab seriously. Not to mention, her mind is gone. Blogs are currently reporting she is again resorting to sex for favors in Hollywood, a claim the Judiciary Report previously made. Sorry, but said conduct is prostitution. There's no way to pretty it up.
