If the U.S. government, led by President Barack Obama, does not fix the economy, choosing to engage in the same financial discourse and decisions that is making the crisis worse, unemployment in America is going to hit 20%. Thus far, the Obama administration had two failed job creation attempts and is seeking a third with more taxpayer money the nation cannot afford to waste on the wrong things. Will common sense and good judgment finally come into play or will it be more of the same with President Obama's latest job bill.

It is being reported, Lohan has not attended court ordered therapy and must face a judge next week regarding the progress of her probation. It's too bad, because she is nuttier than Planters.

Lohan was also said to have been kicked out of a community service program, the court required she attend as apart of her probation. No one is surprised. I think the public would be surprised if Lohan got something right, managed to successfully follow court orders and not violate her probation. Some would be more shocked than an electrician.

According to Radar Online, ratings for the CBS sitcom "Two And A Half Men" have plummeted since Hollywood star, Ashton Kutcher, grabbed the reins. The opening week with Kutcher drew high ratings of 28.7 million viewers, which the Judiciary Report believes was based on curiosity from viewers, after the big advertising campaign, announcing him as Charlie Sheen's replacement, after the latter had a massive meltdown (see: "winning" but truthfully, he wasn't, as what he was doing is called "whining" and "wining"). Ratings are now down to 15.8 million viewers.

Hollywood loves youth and Kutcher does provide that, but though Sheen is nearly 50-years-old, he is clearly the better actor. You can't even compare the two. I don't agree with his personal life, regarding the drugs, prostitutes, assaults and faithlessness, but producers did not choose the best replacement. There's nothing wrong with being young or old, but to choose an actor based on youth is not a good idea.

The planned biopic of the late mobster, John Gotti, is up in smoke. The project has been placed on hold, due to lack of financing and very little public interest. As stated previously on the Judiciary Report, down and out Hollywood actress, Lindsay Lohan, was unwisely added to the cast in what was a bad move (Lindsay Lohan Is Looking Old).

Lohan is a massive insurance risk and a movie killer, as audiences do not take to her anymore (have not for years). Her terrible antics and abuse of the justice system, turned the public off to the point, they stopped going to her movies. They voiced their disgust on many websites' feedback columns. The populace does not like witnessing celebrities getting preferential treatment in the court system, while mocking the law with criminal behavior, such as stealing and DUI (see links below).
