Vanessa Bryant, the wife of NBA basketball player, Kobe Bryant, has filed for divorce. She cited irreconcilable differences - which is codeword for cheating. The couple have been married for 10-years and have two beautiful daughters that she requests primary custody of, with visitation rights for the Los Angeles Laker, who is said to be sad at the news of their split.

He has agreed to give her spousal support, as stated in a legal filing. As they had no prenuptial agreement, she is entitled to half of his assets. Sad they are breaking up, as they are such a beautiful family. Maybe she will reconsider and reconcile with him.

R&B singer, Usher Raymond, 32, who signed teen pop star, Justin Bieber, 17, to a record deal, is in hot water today, as his ex-wife, the vindictive, Tameka Foster Raymond, has filed papers with the court, to strip him of custody of their two children. The couple currently have a joint custody agreement, regarding their sons that Foster alleges Raymond is not upholding.

Years ago the Judiciary Report repeatedly stated Foster is blackmailing Raymond, holding something over his head. At first I thought it was just the bisexual thing, but the latest incendiary reports indicate Raymond is a cocaine user. Previously, I knew of his fondness for weed, but cocaine is another story. That is no joke.

Foster demanded in court papers that Raymond take a drug test and USHER REFUSED. That doesn't look good regarding his sobriety. Dude is running from drug tests like his name is Lindsay Lohan (you really thought I'd do a drug article and not mention Lohan - girlfriend must have a royalty or patent of some kind on cocaine by now - she owns it).

He likes drugs, she likes drinking. Not a good combo.

I am of the belief, Foster, a former fashion stylist, did this out of spite, because Raymond closed her Saks Fifth Avenue credit card, as stated in court papers. Raymond is also making a lot more money since the success of Justin Bieber, which she has not received a cut of in any measure. Unless Foster had a clause in their divorce settlement, stating she is entitled to money from Raymond's future earnings, the judge is under no obligation to revisit his fiancés in this regard. Cases of that nature have failed in Hollywood (Atlanta courts may rule differently - you never know).

Foster is being greedy. This whole palaver is over the Saks Fifth Avenue credit card. She knew all this time that Usher has serious issues with drugs, in addition to mental health problems, now all of a sudden she is concerned about her kids welfare when he is present.

Not to mention, as past incidents have shown, she is more violent than he is, threatening to beat up people in Atlanta that wrote unflattering items about her and keying Raymond's luxury car in Los Angeles, because he began dating another woman after leaving her. If you cared that much you'd force him into rehab using the courts, not employ your kids as pawns to have your Saks Fifth Avenue credit card reinstated.

Mariah Yeater must be having diarrhea right about now, as skeletons are jumping out of the closet like Richard Simmons. The 20-year-old accused the most famous teen star in the world, who is prettier than a girl, Justin Bieber, of siring her baby over a year ago.

Yeater began demanding large sums in child support payments for their alleged sexual encounter in an arena bathroom, where she alleges Bieber aggressively cornered her on a shelf. Never mind she looks like she could beat him up, due to the tats, studs and spikes she wears. Let's put it this way, if pint sized Bieber had come out saying Yeater had snatched him from the tunnel in the Staples Center when he was coming off stage and had her way with him in the bathroom, I totally would have believed it.

Today, Yeater's ex-boyfriend, Robbie Powell, has come forward stating he is the father of her 4-month-old son Tristyn and is willing to take a DNA test to prove it, as he is tired of her using the baby for publicity and money. Yeater's family also expressed in emails that Powell is the dad. This is a "Maury! Maury! Maury!" Povich moment. Seriously, this poor little baby, who is adorable, needs to grow up with confidence knowing who his dad is and not based on what is being speculated.

Sources close to Powell tell TMZ ... he's making his move because he's tired of Yeater using the kid for media attention. Our sources say Robbie has been telling friends ... Mariah told him the whole Bieber story was BS. We're told Robbie believes she did it for the money because she's desperate for cash. T-Boz, real name Tionne Watkins, of the best selling girl band in music history, TLC, has filed for bankruptcy again. The first time Watkins filed for bankruptcy, utilizing Chapter 11, was in 1995 with her fellow band members in TLC. This time she is filing for herself.

After TLC’s alleged $20,000,000 settlement with their label LaFace Records in 1996, the band split the money three ways, paid taxes on it and regrouped, leading people to believe the group’s finances were in order. However, Watkins took on significant debt at a time the group was still doing well, before one of its members, Lisa Lopes died and the trio disbanded.

As the Judiciary Report reported months ago, one of Watkins’ Atlanta homes was in foreclosure. A second home, a well decorated property she lives in, which is located in the Sugarloaf Country Club, is for sale as well, due to financial troubles.

However, the house has not sold after being on the market for over a year. Then again, most homes in America are not selling, due to the foreclosure crisis, but that’s another story. This has saddled Watkins with a large mortgage, which based on what she states she currently owes on the property, her monthly payment is between $7,000 to $10,000, in addition to real estate taxes, country club dues and upkeep fees.

Watkins, who was married to rapper Mack-10, previously stated, he took out mortgages in her name and one was for the property that slipped into foreclosure. It is also being reported, he owes her $250,000 in child support. He has not been doing much work in the entertainment industry, to repay said figure. Watkins left the marriage due to domestic violence.

Watkins also has another problem. Due to sickle cell anemia and a brain tumor that was removed by a top surgeon, she has paid a lot of money in medical bills. I did wonder how she could get medical insurance in the current system, with all of the preexisting, significant health problems she has battled over the years. It can’t be easy. She must have paid many of the bills herself or a very high insurance premium.

Last year, Hollywood actress, Alexsandra Wright, 40, an actress on the NBC show "Scrubs" gave birth to a son for married music maniac, Mathew Knowles, 60, the dad of copyright infringing singer, Beyonce Knowles, 38. He initially tried to pretend the child may not be his at all, but was busted by DNA tests that confirmed paternity.

Wright named the tot Nixon Knowles and now collects a big, judge ordered, child support check as a result of the unethical extramarital affair. Beyonce's mother, Tina Knowles, 57, filed for divorce when she heard of the pregnancy, but has reportedly called it off.

This week, Wright went public with information regarding Mathew Knowles asking her to buy their illegitimate son Nixon to give to daughter Beyonce and son-in-law Jay-Z, to raise as their own. Wright stated she has Knowles recorded on tape making the outrageous request. She turned him down.

Wright stated during the interview with Star magazine this week, "My first thought when he asked me if I would give up our child to Beyonce and Jay-Z was, 'Are you out of your mind?' Nothing in the world, no amount of money would make me give up my child, you can't buy my child from me! 'Maybe Mathew thought money could buy anything. I don't know why he suggested it."

The Knowles family is shameless and crazy. This will only add fuel to the fire that Beyonce is faking being pregnant, using a prosthetic baby bump she just can't seem to get quite right, much to her embarrassment and shame (The Wendy Williams Show Further Exposes The Fact That Beyonce Knowles' Baby Bump Is Suspect). Many women can't have babies, there's no need to lie or pretend.

Why is rapper Jay-Z going to such great lengths to deny the existence of his alleged 9-year-old son, just because it has upset his then girlfriend, now wife, Beyonce Knowles, for the past few years. According to reports, Knowles has refused to accept reality, regarding something the blogosphere has believed since 2007. The website Bossip first broke the story about the rapper impregnating, Shenelle Scott, who is a model from Trinidad.

The Bossip post stated, Scott was paid $1,000,000 to keep quiet about the pregnancy and began raising the baby as someone else's child. However, Jerard Andrews, the dad of Malik Sayeed, who has been raising the child, spoke out stating the DNA tests done on the boy, prove it is not his son's offspring. This brought the pop culture blogosphere back to the original Bossip story, which insisted the boy is Jay-Z's child.

Basically, because basic Beyonce can't take it, Jay-Z is denying his child. How is that right. What if something happens and Jay-Z dies (hey, he's a rapper, the likelihood of him getting shot is pretty high). The will, if one exists, could easily be contested, especially if there is nothing in writing.

More importantly, what about the psychological issues the child has and will continue to suffer, knowing his dad has reportedly denied him, paying off his mom to go away. Nine-year-olds do read the internet and kids in school will talk. Jay-Z's behavior is not fair to the child at all.
