Amy Winehouse's Posthumous Album Tops The Charts In A Bittersweet Occurrence

"Lioness: Hidden Treasures" the posthumous album of singer, Amy Winehouse, who died this past summer at the age of 27 from alcohol poisoning, has topped the charts in her native Britain. It is a bittersweet occurrence. Winehouse is gone to the grave from her own vices, which sadly consumed her and inadvertently negatively influenced other young men and women as well. Hard drugs and hard drinking had become apart of her act.

Winehouse and her contemporaries such as Pete Doherty in Britain, Lil Wayne and Rihanna in America, have set a very negative example for their fans, via drug and alcohol abuse. I'm not trying to knock Amy, as I'd hoped for the best for her, when she tried to dry out in the Caribbean, but I can't help but think she fell victim to the image she promoted. It became expected of her and due to those low expectations the industry placed on her, she wasn't afraid to fail at giving up on those vices.

When Winehouse first started her career with the debut CD "Frank" she was this healthy, pretty looking Jewish girl, who was unequivocally the best mainstream female singer in modern music. But then, like so many before her, she fell in with the wrong people in the entertainment industry and it cost her so much via what was brought into her environment.

Her boyfriend, who then became her husband, introduced her to hard drugs and she also began to drink more. It took a toll on her appearance, as she became gaunt, anorexic and frail, her skin erupted in sores and she began losing her teeth. She became a different person.

The drugs and alcohol so took over, she was seen snorting on stage and drinking alcohol during the middle of shows. My advice to those thinking about trying drugs thinking it looks cool or will make them feel good, is do not do it. Remember Amy and what it did to her life. Some of you do not have the make up to be moderate drinkers either, as one small drink will not do and could prove the gateway to a life of alcoholism...or one cut short by it.

Despite claims both teen stars publicly made to wait until marriage to have sex, singer Justin Bieber, 17 and his girlfriend, Selena Gomez, 19, were again pictured in grown up poses on the beach. Last time it was Hawaii, this time it's in sunny Mexico and once again, the two got all touchy-feely.

While they were not pictured groping each other, as they were earlier in the year, the body language between the two gives the impression they have a sexual relationship, as the Judiciary Report previously stated in past articles. The lawyers for 20-year-old Mariah Yeater, who has accused pop singer, Justin Bieber, of impregnating her backstage at one of his Los Angles concerts, in a seedy bathroom tryst in 2010, is still demanding the star take a second paternity test. Yeater's attorneys still contend the test Bieber took last week is no good, because they were not present to make sure there was no tampering.

Bieber's camp has yet to comment on whether he will take a second test to appease Yeater's lawyers. After all this antagonization and scandal, if it is shown Bieber is not the father, as the public suspects, due to claims made by Yeater in text messages, indicating the baby is her ex-boyfriend's child, the Judiciary Report is of the belief there should be criminal charges, rather than a plain old civil suit.

17-year-old pop singer, Justin Bieber, made his mommy mad, by splashing out on a $160,000 Range Rover vehicle, to add to his already expensive fleet of cars. I'm with Sean Kingston on this, can Bieber even see over the steering wheel. Just kidding.

However, his mom was not amused with Bieber having done so. You know Mariah Yeater is mad too, but for spending her imaginary child support money over a baby her family acknowledged in text messages is that of her ex-boyfriend, the mysterious "Robbie" who just got out of jail and not that of the teen pop star.

17-year-old pop star, Justin Bieber, took a paternity test, due to the claims of 20-year-old fan, Mariah Yeater, insisting he fathered her 4-month-old son, backstage in a bathroom after his Los Angeles concert in 2010. Bieber's representatives stated, it is now up to Yeater do her part in completing the DNA tests to determine paternity. Bieber still plans to sue for defamation, which under the circumstances is appropriate.

Last week, Yeater was outed as promising a friend a bribe from any potential settlement money she obtained from Bieber, if said person would delete text messages from her family claiming the child's father is actually her ex-boyfriend, Robbie. As the phrase goes, "What a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive."

Pop singer Usher Raymond is often in controversial relationships he uses to fuel publicity for his career, but it appears his brother has taken it to the next and been arrested in doing so. Usher's brother James Lackey was arrested in Atlanta, Georgia for beating his girlfriend and their child in a case that is bizarre. The situation screams abuse in beating both mother and child. He was charged with battery, cruelty to a child and reckless conduct. Usher posted his $5,500 bail.

Lackey has lived a privileged life, due to his brother's career as a famous singer over the past 16-years. At one point he tried to become a rapper, but it did not pan out. He is clearly dealing with issues that caused him to lash out in this manner and his behavior is totally unacceptable.

Mariah Yeater, 20, did a television interview recently, regarding her allegations that underage pop star, Justin Bieber, 17, impregnated her backstage at a concert in a bathroom of the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California. How seedy.

When the interviewer informed her that Bieber has denied her claims, with his family and friends also refuting it, as they were with him the entire time on the night in question, Yeater began to tear up and look away from the camera. The Judiciary Report is having a difficult time believing her claims as well and this was before word surfaced that she had accused two other men of being the father of her 4-month child Tristyn.

She needs to remember that Bieber is a minor and if it is proven she has lied, there will be legal and social consequences for putting an underage youth through such an embarrassing and traumatic ordeal. I would be genuinely surprised if it is Bieber’s baby, as the scenario regarding how it allegedly unfolded coupled with her past history, damaged her credibility. That’s not to say Bieber isn’t having sex, because he is sleeping with Gomez.

As stated previously, this case of course reminds the Judiciary Report of Michael Jackson and a woman named "Billie Jean" who claimed he had fathered her child. I sometimes wonder why Jackson gave a mentally ill woman the attention of naming a song after her, as it may have encouraged her insanity, as seen with a number of stalkers when you pay them any mind in their wrongdoing.

Another interesting point is when Jackson died, a dozen people came forward claiming they were his love child and one of them even looked older than Michael (*raised brows*). This was based on crazy stuff their mothers told them, while others were clearly mentally ill.

(*Suppressing laughter*) You know, it’s bad enough for some black men having to claim the children they actually did father, but the ones they did not, that’s just not going to happen (that was a joke with some truth to it).

Then there’s the case of the young woman who started a massive press controversy claiming Bill Cosby is her dad. The matter went all the way to court and paternity tests proved Cosby was not her dad, leaving her in tears.

There are cases where celebrities have affairs or one night stands with fans or worse groupies and the fruits of that become a positive paternity test. Tennis star Boris Becker impregnated a waitress he just met in a broom closet. Subsequent paternity tests proved the child is his (not to mention she looks just like him). There are many other such cases (well, sans the broom closet).

However, Yeater has not convinced me in any measure that Bieber is the father of her child and the baby looks like her, not the young singer she is claiming an affair with. The photos she sold to the press reveal this fact.

Bieber's nose, eyes and mouth in his baby picture are different from little Tristyn, pictured above. I see little Bieber had a baby mullet (LOL). Then again, I can't talk. When I was that age, my mom combed my hair out into a curly fro, took some of the hair at the top of my head and put a satin ribbon/bow on it. I looked like a Christmas present. Every time I see that picture I cringe and ask her, "Why didn't you learn to comb hair? Couldn't you have braided it or something!"

Conrad Murray Found Guilty Of Involuntary Manslaughter In The Death Of Michael Jackson

Dr. Conrad Murray, the physician of the late pop star, Michael Jackson, who died in 2009 from a pharmaceutical drug overdose at age 49, was unanimously found guilty today of involuntary manslaughter by a jury in Los Angeles, California. Murray was taken away in handcuffs, with the jury finding him culpable for overmedicating the singer into an early grave via overdose. The judge and jury did a good job during the case and should be commended for their efforts.

Murray will be sentenced shortly and faces up to four years in prison. However, as he has no priors, he may only receive months in the Los Angeles County Jail or even house arrest, which would be a miscarriage of justice. The government needs to allot more money to build new prisons in California, rather than wasting taxpayer funds on companies like Solyndra.

Often, stars such as Lindsay Lohan, break the law via DUI, endanger the public, then waltz out of prison within hours, on longer sentences, as she did today. This ought not be, as many criminals are not deterred from committing crime, believing in Los Angeles they will get next to no time.

Side Bar: it's amazing, in Florida and Texas, you commit certain crimes and you'll have to struggle really hard for them not to fry you up like a catfish (in the electric chair). In California, you'll be out in 1/20th the time. That needs to change.

A woman in Atlanta, Georgia, went off on R&B singer, Usher, for parking in a handicap spot, when he has no disability. Being a singer that believes the rules and laws of society do not apply to him, Usher and his great sense of entitlement, felt he had the right to deprive the disabled of a national courtesy, enacted for health reasons.

Those spots aren't for decoration or to be politically correct. When you have a physical disability, particularly regarding the legs, walking certain distances through a big parking lot or having to park elsewhere, then walk even further to enter an establishment, often means paying for it shortly after, with terrible pain that can last for days and leave you feeling wiped out and fatigued just as long.

Talk show host Wendy Williams did a feature on her show comparing the baby bump of allegedly pregnant singer, Beyonce Knowles, to one of her staffers, who is also five months pregnant. This was done due to the fact Knowles made an appearance on television this past weekend, where her increasing and decreasing baby bump, not only folded and deflated, it shifted as well.

When Williams' staffer sat down, her baby bump remained plump and smooth - no creases and dents like Beyonce's prosthetic piece. The comparison video also illustrates that Knowles plopped herself in the chair in a manner a pregnant woman would not do, fearing injury to the fetus, whereas Williams' staffers, like other women, sat down in a slower, more careful fashion without leaning forward to bend, whilst sitting.

Side Bar: One of Williams' staffers expressed skepticism, as did the African-American host, regarding exactly "what" Knowles would give birth to, with the way the bump keeps shifting and bending. When young kids know the lyrics to negative songs, before their ABCs, society has a problem. When 4-year-olds are singing smut like "S&M" (Sado-Masochism) by Rihanna and "Love Game" by Lady Gaga, because they heard it on the radio, society is not going in the right direction.

Teen pregnancy and violent fighting is being encouraged, while the principles of waiting until marriage to have sex and following the non-violent examples of people such as Martin Luther King Jr, are being pushed aside. Paramedic: Michael Jackson's Life Could Have Been Saved Had Dr. Murray Called 911 Sooner

Los Angels paramedic, Richard Senneff, took the stand in the Dr. Conrad Murray manslaughter trial, in relation to the pharmaceutical drug overdose and death of pop singer, Michael Jackson. On September 30, 2011, Senneff stated the same thing Judiciary Report did two days prior on September 28, 2011 (The Lies Dr. Conrad Murray Told About Michael Jackson's Death Are Being Unraveled Via Testimony) and in previous articles as well, had Dr. Murray called 911 right away, Jackson's life could have been saved. The Judiciary Report firmly believes this.

When I was sixteen years old, I lived in a small apartment building on the second floor with my mom. One day, one of my neighbors in his twenties that lived on the first floor, collapsed on the ground in the back garden. I ran down stairs only to see him in distress, eyes open wide, not speaking, as a couple other neighbors gathered around him.

I suspected it was his heart, as he still appeared to be breathing and it did not really look like a seizure. Therefore, I did not think it was respiratory failure. I immediately ran back up the stairs and called 911. Due to his grandmother speaking Spanish and I English, I was not sure of what was going on, neither did my mom.

We started praying to Jesus to spare his life, while huddled around him and waiting for the paramedics. Shortly before the paramedics arrived, he managed to raise his upper body, while opening his eyes even wider staring at us, brought his right hand around and clutched his chest by his heart, then collapsed backward completely unresponsive. We all screamed, because it looked like he had flatlined. Moments after the paramedics arrived and rushed him to the hospital.

Miraculously, two weeks later, we saw him again, in the backyard garden of the apartment, smiling and happy, glad to be alive. By God's grace, his life was spared. He got to the hospital quickly, with the paramedics, then doctors working to restart his heart. So, it can be done.

To borrow from the Golden Girls, when the character Blanche was asked if she has ever dated a married man she replied, "Blanche Devereaux never goes out with another woman's husband. Except for that one time, but that was not my fault. She was pronounced dead. Those paramedics never give up!"

Had Dr. Murray called 911 right away, the paramedics would have worked on Jackson and rushed him to the hospital, saving his life. They deal with overdoses all the time and can successfully combat and counteract them with medication and equipment, but not if one waits until the patient is soundly dead and give them misleading information as to what caused the medical event.

Murray has no excuse. If a sixteen-year old with no medical training knew to immediately call 911 - he as a trained physician should have known better. There are well-documented stories of people of all ages calling 911 from mobile phones and receiving help, that did not know the address of where they were at the time, but emergency services were able to quickly trace the calls and pinpoint their exact location. Something sinister took place in the Jackson home that day and for justice to be served, the truth needs to come out.

This brings the Judiciary Report back to a point made last week (Holes In The Michael Jackson Death Timeline Reveals Someone Is Lying). There is something wrong with the timeline in Jackson's death. Something is off there and it is due to the misinformation Dr. Murray keeps providing. Jackson did not begin dying or die when Murray claims he did. Murray stated Jackson was still alive with a pulse, when being loaded into the ambulance. However, the Judiciary Report is of the belief, Jackson was long gone, which is why the paramedics were unsuccessful in reviving him.

Remember, Murray told police (on tape) Jackson came to him at 4:30AM demanding Propofol and has been ambiguous regarding when he administered it to him. The paramedics weren't called until 12:21PM, arriving at the home at 12:26PM, which is fairly quick. Jackson's body should not have been in the state it was in if he was still alive at the time.

Carolwood Drive just testified ... if Murray had called 911 immediately, Michael Jackson's life might have been saved. Posted on Sep 30, 2011 @ 10:15AM - In stunning testimony Friday a paramedic claimed that he could of saved Michael Jackson’s life, if Dr. Conrad Murray had called 9-1-1 immediately after discovering the singer’s lifeless body. Senneff said that Jackson was "flatlined" and appeared dead when rescuers arrived at his house on the day of his death, on June 25, 2009. He also said that at no time during the 42 minutes he was with him did he see any signs of life in the 50-year-old star.
