Tax Group Slams Kim Kardashian For Not Paying Enough Taxes But Is Obama Listening

...Because They Are Right

It seems everybody hates Kim Kardashian, a pun on the title of the show "Everybody Hates Chris." The Courage Campaign, complaining of the shortfalls in California's coffers, has slammed Kardashian for paying a 10.3% tax rate on $12,000,000 in income for the year 2010.

Kardashian made even more money this year with her sham of a wedding to Kris Humphries, which was done solely for a paycheck and more fame, but it all backfired, resulting in bad publicity and bridal registry gifts she refused to return. However, she still received a reported $20,000,000 from the fake wedding, which she will pay very little taxes on.

The Judiciary Report does agree that the rich in America should not pay so little taxes, especially in the current negative financial environment, as it is holding back the economy. Some of the most wealthy people in America did the nation the most damage, resulting in the ongoing, horrible financial crisis.

I was born in Jamaica, lived there the first 8-years of my life, always kept in contact with my roots in the Caribbean, some of which stems from the British system and when there is an issue of economic imbalance and financial discord, the commonwealth employed a small tax hike, mainly on the rich, which went a long way in remedying the monetary problems of said nations.

Even former U.S. President Bill Clinton instituted tax hikes in America in the 1990s to great results. Therefore, I don't understand why some are acting like it is an insane, novel concept that has never worked. President Obama did not embrace higher taxes for the rich immediately upon taking office, as the Judiciary Report has advocated for years and it has cost him and America plenty.

Instead Obama gave the rich more money via stimulus funds, with much of that taxpayer money ending up being wasted, stolen and misappropriated. A significant amount of those funds are sitting in the Caribbean and Europe in hidden accounts. Now Obama is scrambling to save the economy, when new reports this month indicate the jobless numbers have risen again, as have foreclosures with mere months until the next election.

If this figure is correct, this would explain the sheer number of women that have been publicly linked to him, especially since his wife filed for divorce this month. Bryant, said to be worth $150,000,000 married his wife without a prenuptial agreement. Under California law, she is entitled to half of everything he owns.

Conrad Murray Found Guilty Of Involuntary Manslaughter In The Death Of Michael Jackson

Dr. Conrad Murray, the physician of the late pop star, Michael Jackson, who died in 2009 from a pharmaceutical drug overdose at age 49, was unanimously found guilty today of involuntary manslaughter by a jury in Los Angeles, California. Murray was taken away in handcuffs, with the jury finding him culpable for overmedicating the singer into an early grave via overdose. The judge and jury did a good job during the case and should be commended for their efforts.

Murray will be sentenced shortly and faces up to four years in prison. However, as he has no priors, he may only receive months in the Los Angeles County Jail or even house arrest, which would be a miscarriage of justice. The government needs to allot more money to build new prisons in California, rather than wasting taxpayer funds on companies like Solyndra.

Often, stars such as Lindsay Lohan, break the law via DUI, endanger the public, then waltz out of prison within hours, on longer sentences, as she did today. This ought not be, as many criminals are not deterred from committing crime, believing in Los Angeles they will get next to no time.

Side Bar: it's amazing, in Florida and Texas, you commit certain crimes and you'll have to struggle really hard for them not to fry you up like a catfish (in the electric chair). In California, you'll be out in 1/20th the time. That needs to change.

Pictures have surfaced of Sara Leal, the young, blond mistress of predictable "Two And A Half Men" actor, Ashton Kutcher, 33, who keeps cheating on his wife, Demi Moore, 48, then threatening lawsuits against journalists and bloggers that write about it.

And who's really scared of you, Kutcher, going around looking like the dorky version of the Unabomber (*remembers what the Unabomber did* oh wait, never mind). Seriously, when I wrote about Kutcher's infidelities, his celebrity cult kept trying to have the articles hacked offline and that still didn't stop me. Now he's really gotten himself into trouble and there's no erasing it from the internet, as it has become a full blown sex scandal. You reap what you sow.

Leal slept with Kutcher behind his wife's back in San Diego, California, according to a submission sent to the salacious website the Dirty. Leal and her strippers girlfriends allegedly went up to his suite and while they waited in the living area of the room, she had sex with him in the bedroom. Classy (not).

Personally, I have to wonder if Leal was behind the friend email sent to the site in the first place, as it seemed rather contrived. Not to mention, she has hired a big shot attorney and gone into hiding, demanding $250,000 for graphic details on how she had sex with Kutcher at 4:30 in the morning at the Hard Rock Hotel. This is clearly about money, which she will need after Moore goes Kabbalah crazy and tries to have her legs broken.

Moore is going to be livid when she sees the photos, as Leal is much younger than she is and pretty. Moore would have felt better if the mistress was a Fido like Madonna. Kutcher really picked a wild and promiscuous woman that he clearly does not value.

If Kutcher had respected Leal, he would not have had sex with her within a few short hours of meeting her, then had her escorted from his room. Kutcher will struggle to remember her, well, that is, until detailed stories start pouring out in the press, forcing him to learn her name. Meanwhile, Moore will already have learned her full name, address, height, weight, blood type, social security number and hired a Hollywood private investigator to wiretap her phone and read all her emails. Ain't love grand. But let's face it, Kutcher never loved Moore, now did he.

R&B singer, Vesta Williams, was found dead in an El Segundo, California hotel room, with pharmaceutical pill bottles strewn in the unit, some of which were empty. Williams made her debut in the 1980s and was bar none one of the best female vocalists of the era.

Her soulful voice became an instant favorite of many in the black community. Williams was mostly known for the mega R&B hit "Congratulations" which made her a household name. Black women all over America took to that song that was very popular. However, the charts never truly reflected the impact the song made.

Williams was from the time when Billboard discriminated against minorities and country artists, doing its level best to keep them off the main singles and albums charts, relegated to small specialty ones, designed to pigeonhole people. It wasn't until a change to the charts in the late 1990s that more singers from the aforementioned genres began topping their charts. Otherwise, "Congratulations" and "Special" would have placed quite high on the Billboard singles charts. The audience was there, but Billboard was not listening to them.

Williams was one of those artists that was not considered mainstream enough to be marketed in a certain way in order to crossover. The deals available to black stars today, simply were not present 25-years-ago. As a result, the exposure was not there to reach wider audiences.

When you think of what is in the mainstream today, being force-fed to the public, via the likes of Rihanna, Britney Spears, Nicki Minaj, Cassie, Kesha and others like them, who simply can't sing or perform well, it is really ironic that an artist like Williams did not receive even 1/10th of that exposure or those opportunities, though she could sing all of them under the table. She never got her due and this is a very sad end to her story. The Judiciary Report sends its condolences to her family.
