Kim Kardashian's failing marriage to Kris Humphries was laid bare once again last night in a double episode of Kourtney & Kim Take New York.

The 31-year-old reality star concedes their relationship is fraught with problems in interviews to the cameras and admits to her mother she feels more herself when she is not with him.

Kim - who filed for divorce from the New Jersey Nets star after just 72 days of marriage - is also seen rowing with Kris after he jets off to Toronto with Scott Disick without telling her to party.

Sweet nothings: The basketball star was seen chatting with girls as he drank the night away

Kris misses repeated texts from Kim while downing shots and drinking, leaving his wife furious and culminating in a confrontation.

The 26-year-old sports star apologises, but it seems sorry is just not going to cut it with his reality star wife.

In the second episode aired on E! last night, Kim admits to her mother Kris Jenner that things are just not turning out how she expected.

A few weeks ago, she volunteered in Los Angeles to serve food to the homeless for one day. She also flew to earthquake stricken Haiti for a couple days with cameras in tow. These staged acts of charity have not been enough to fix her damaged image.

I suspect had her dad Robert Kardashian been alive, he would not approve of her sex tape, posing in playboy or getting married for a TV show, then promptly filing for divorce as she did. However, she is an adult, making her own choices, regardless of how poor and nonsensical they are to people with good judgment.

Kardashian made even more money this year with her sham of a wedding to Kris Humphries, which was done solely for a paycheck and more fame, but it all backfired, resulting in bad publicity and bridal registry gifts she refused to return. However, she still received a reported $20,000,000 from the fake wedding, which she will pay very little taxes on.

The Judiciary Report does agree that the rich in America should not pay so little taxes, especially in the current negative financial environment, as it is holding back the economy. Some of the most wealthy people in America did the nation the most damage, resulting in the ongoing, horrible financial crisis.

Even former U.S. President Bill Clinton instituted tax hikes in America in the 1990s to great results. Therefore, I don't understand why some are acting like it is an insane, novel concept that has never worked. President Obama did not embrace higher taxes for the rich immediately upon taking office, as the Judiciary Report has advocated for years and it has cost him and America plenty.

Instead Obama gave the rich more money via stimulus funds, with much of that taxpayer money ending up being wasted, stolen and misappropriated. A significant amount of those funds are sitting in the Caribbean and Europe in hidden accounts. Now Obama is scrambling to save the economy, when new reports this month indicate the jobless numbers have risen again, as have foreclosures with mere months until the next election.

Ambushed: Kris Humphires took part in his first interview on GMA today since his split from wife Kim Kardashian


Kris Humphries made for very awkward viewing today as he fumbled his way through his first television interview since his split from Kim Kardashian.

The 26-year-old NBA free agent feebly attempted to deflect questions about his personal life on Good Morning America today.

He was grilled by host Josh Elliot, who would not let up as Humphries tried to turn the conversation around to sport and charity awareness.


Sources close to the star say he is 'livid' in wake of the sit down chat - and was not expecting it to be so heavily laden with questions about his estranged wife - who split from him after just 72 days of marriage.

Kris was accompanied by his mother Debra, who held his hands at times during the chat.

He repeatedly avoided questions about his divorce from the 31-year-old reality star - only saying he was trying to 'move forward' with his life when asked if he was still in love with her.

'I'm not focused on that, right now I'm focused on basketball,' he said when asked about his proposed annulment from his short-lived marriage.

When asked by the host if it was tough for him to watch himself on the reality show - considering he already knew the ending - he said: 'The only things I watch of myself on TV are me playing basketball.

'I have never really been someone to watch the show, on TV, or anything like that.'

His mother added: 'The important thing is that we stay close as a family - it's our faith in God that carries us through all of these times.

'We have so much to be thankful for right now. We're looking forward not backward.'

TMZ reports Kris only agreed to take part in the show to plug his 'foundation' and his mother's 'cookie bake'.

But GMA sources tell the website that no ground rules were set on the line of questioning.

Kris says that he is fighting childhood obesity with his foundation: 'Life is more about giving back,' he said.

When asked if he thought his public image had taken a hit he replied: 'If people know me and they know who I am and what I stand for I think that they'll know that I love to give back, and I, you know, I'm a fun guy.

'You know I don't really play into all the gossip and things that take place, but you know, that's life.'

Honestly, to this day I have not seen an entire episode of any of the Kardashians’ shows, only clips here and there and it was enough to put me off. I want to be entertained - I don’t want to be patronized, duped and lied to by a money hungry clan.

That was indeed domestic violence and Kardashian is wrong. Had he punched her the same he would have been arrested.

Humphries, tired of Kardashian's shenanigans and attempts at making him look like scum in the press, is now seeking an annulment, rather than the divorce petition she filed that he initially objected to in the press. Humphries is stating Kardashian is a fraud that duped him into marriage, so she could collect a $20,000,000 payday and a massive amount of publicity.

Kardashian really dragged Humphries into a circus he did not need. He comes from a respected family and was a millionaire in the NBA before he met her. Kardashian has brought him a lot of negative attention. Contrary to what some publicists and celebrities think, all publicity is not good publicity.

NBA star Kris Humphries is seeking to erase his marriage to Kim Kardashian from the record.

The 26-year-old wants to annul his 72-day marriage to reality star Kim Kardashian, 31 , on the grounds of fraud, and filed the papers today.

According to People, his Superior Court filing has the box reading 'nullity of voidable marriage' marked and checks as the basis the box saying 'fraud.'

According to California law, a nullity is granted if the court finds that no valid marriage ever took place.

Along with fraud, grounds for an annulment include bigamy, incest, force or if the couple are under the age of consent.

Humphries's papers say that if he's not granted an annulment then he wants a legal separation and not a divorce under any circumstances.

The basketball star agrees on the date of separation, however, which he also lists as October 31.

Annulments can be difficult to obtain, with a legal expert telling the publication that he will likely have to prove that fraud was actually committed.

But Kim is telling her friends that she absolutely loved Kris and the marriage just fell apart, according to TMZ, so she's unlikely to be agree with this assessment.

LA family lawyer Scott Weston, who is not dealing with the celebrity couple, said Kardashian will probably fight the matter 'unless she's willing to agree that she defrauded him.'

It could mean the pair will end up in a bitter court battle.

'[Kris] is sensitive to marriage both emotionally and religiously,' a source told the magazine, adding that the move is 'symbolic' rather than financially motivated.

'He went into it in good faith and never expected things to turn out this way,' says the source.

Kardashian filed for divorce from Humphries on October 31, citing irreconcilable differences.

The pair's troubles seemed to start immediately after their wedding and were on display in the season premiere of Kourtney & Kim Take New York.

Kim had made no secret of her wedding dreams long before she'd even met Kris, but now feels that she has to be more realistic when it comes to men.

In an interview with US Glamour magazine, Kardashian said: 'I'll always be a hopeless romantic. It means that I believe and love and the dream of having a perfect relationship, but my idea of it has changed.

'I think I need to not live in a fairytale like that. I think I maybe need to just snap out of it and be a little more realistic. What I want isn't possible.'

While her sister Kourtney has just announced she is pregnant with her second child, the 31-year-old fears she may never become a mother.

She said: 'I always wanted what my parents had. And at first I was like, I want six kids. Then I went down to four, then I was down to three, and now I'm just like, maybe I won't have any. Maybe I'll just be a good aunt.

'At this moment in my life, I feel like maybe I'm not supposed to have kids and all that. That's how I feel. Maybe my fairytale has a different ending than I dreamed it would, but that's OK.'

Only in Kim's case, the ex-girlfriend is letting rip by stating Humphries hated their reality show, thinks it is not educational or worth watching and told her she is better looking than Kardashian. Ouch! I guess she still has feelings for Humphries.
