Kim Kardashian did not have a good 2011. Her image was battered when she divorced her husband after 2-months of marriage and an overblown wedding. A few weeks ago, she volunteered in Los Angeles to serve food to the homeless for one day. She also flew to earthquake stricken Haiti for a couple days with cameras in tow. These staged acts of charity have not been enough to fix her damaged image.

I suspect had her dad Robert Kardashian been alive, he would not approve of her sex tape, posing in playboy or getting married for a TV show, then promptly filing for divorce as she did. However, she is an adult, making her own choices, regardless of how poor and nonsensical they are to people with good judgment.

This book could get ugly, as the antics some of the Kardashians have gotten up to is not pretty. Kim has always been rebellious. Years ago she ran away to marry music producer, Damon Thomas, with the couple eloping, only for the marriage to end in disaster, when he allegedly turned out to be an abusive woman beater.

In a futile effort to protect the damaged Kardashian brand, the family is spinning the story to paint Humphries as the villain and Kardashian as the innocent fairy princess (that reportedly just happened to get peed on in a sex tape she conveniently used to make herself famous).

Filing for divorce on Halloween was a publicity stunt to grab maximum headlines in a calculated effort to remain relevant with no talent suited to the entertainment industry (I said entertainment industry, not porn industry). Caught off guard by the massive public backlash that ensued, as there are still people in the world that take marriage seriously, Kardashian has been going into overdrive to appear the victim. After one admits one got married for the sake of the sensationalism accompanying a reality show, no one believes that victim line. The weird part is Kardashian is actually seething about the negative press, when she brought this on herself.

Their clothing line accosted me three times over the past few weeks going into Sears. Well, that's not totally true about their section, as I was briefly in the Kardashian korner...because I used it as a shortcut to get to the make-up and nail polish counter featuring other brands I like. Boy, since P. Diddy every entertainer thinks they are a great fashion designer when 99% of them are bad. But Diddy is a man with a real eye for fashion...and that's because he is gay.

The only good thing for him about the NBA season being stalled and possibly cancelled is the terrible publicity surrounding his divorce, will not be a distraction for him regarding his performance on the court.

NBC's "Saturday Night Live" has done a terribly accurate spoof of the reality show family the Kardashians that they will never live down. Yes, it's that embarrassing. It paints the family as delusional and money chasing, willing to compromise all values for money and fame. Kim Kardashian filing for divorce from NBA star, Kris Humphries on Halloween, really opened the floodgates against this clan.

The spoof made Kim look like an irritating dummy, Kris Humphries a doofus Neanderthal caveman being manipulated and used, Kris Jenner a plastic surgery addict trying to be her daughters' sister, rather than their mom and Bruce Jenner a docile, emotionless botox and plastic surgery victim.

It wasn't pretty. Sadly for the Kardashians, it's all over the internet with people laughing in feedback sections at the accuracy of the spoof. Yep, the backlash has begun, but it is deserved.

I don't watch their reality shows, but I laughed at the spoof. They did them so wrong. But they asked for it in filming every facet of their lives for money and fame, then Kim filing for divorce within weeks of their massive wedding that attempted to rival that of the British royal family. Once again folks, demand more from public figures than a perpetually bad example for society.

Kim Kardashian has been looking angry over the terrible public backlash at her filing for divorce after weeks of marriage, but most people are not sorry for her. The nation is in a financial depression, most people can't pay their bills and are trying hard to keep a roof over their heads and food on the table, yet here is spoilt Kardashian who finds a tall, handsome, rich husband, makes millions off her spectacle of a wedding, then has the nerve to file for divorce, after playing the public for fools, in seeking greater fame.

Cry me a river Kim. There are people in this world struggling with potentially fatal illness that would love to be healthy and get married. You had the opportunity and turned marriage into an unsacred joke for publicity.

Most people are getting on her case for not having the good judgment to refrain from marrying Humphries, with the alleged doubts she claims she had regarding him being immature and wanting to live in his hometown of Minnesota in the NBA off-season.

Humphries is five years younger than Kardashian, but given time he could mature. The Judiciary Report retains the opinion that Kardashian got caught up in trying to outdo the British royal family and rushed into a wedding and marriage she was not prepared for, based on the hoopla surrounding it and possible television ratings. In a post on her website, she in as much said it, which says to the Judiciary Report she needs to reevaluate her priorities.

Marriage is not something to be taken lightly. People need to make sure they are in love and compatible. They also need to sketch out details, such as what are their life goals as a couple, where they will live, who will pay what bills and how many children they want to bring into this world. Kardashian and Humphries are adults. It's time for them to embrace adulthood and the responsibilities that accompany it.

Reports indicate, the ongoing feud between America's First Family, the Obamas and America's First TV Family (hey, work with me here, I don't know what else to call the latter) has escalated. The Kardashians had complimented the Obamas, even meeting with them briefly in 2009 at a function.

However, First Lady Mrs. Obama, let the cat out of the bag, proclaiming the President does not like the Kardashians' reality shows and does not want his daughters, Malia and Sasha, watching them. Fair enough. Khloe Kardashian then stated, Obama personally told her "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" is "a great show." He's a politician, Khloe, you can't believe everything they tell you.

Recently, the dispute between U.S. President Barack Obama, his wife, First Lady, Michelle Obama and the reality TV family, the Kardashians, flared up again. During an interview last week, Mrs. Obama stated the president does not like the Kardashians' reality shows and does not want his daughters to watch them.

One has to admit, the Kardashians are very materialistic and at times profane. Kim Kardashian, the most famous member of the family, has come across as very promiscuous and money oriented on the show. Not the best role model for kids or anyone in general.

Not one to let it slide, President Obama retorted on the Jay Leno Show, he does not watch the Kardashians reality show, implying Khloe is a liar. This is getting ugly. Who is lying. Considering one is a politician and the other is an entertainer, it could be either one (LOL).

During an interview this week, Mrs. Obama stated of the Kardashian sisters, "Barack really thinks some of the Kardashians -- when they watch that stuff -- he doesn't like that as much, but I sort of feel like if we're talking about it, and I'm more concerned with how they take it in -- what did you learn when you watched that. And if they're learning the right lessons, like, that was crazy, then I'm like, okay."

Regrettably, Kim Kardashian has set a terrible example for young women on how to behave in society. She has gone from man to man and done very questionable and unethical things for money. She is not a role model and has led her sisters astray, in her quest for fame with no musical or acting ability to back it up. Kim's mom, Kris Jenner, has become a Christian minister, so here's hoping she talks to her daughter, as she is running with a terrible set in the music industry, in search of a singing career and they are going to land her in terrible trouble.

Having written that, I find it highly hypocritical that Obama dislikes the Kardashians, yet constantly consort with the likes of Jay-Z and Beyonce, the thieving, degenerate couple, who are constantly sued for flagrantly breaking the law in acts of copyright infringement, criminal copyright infringement and racketeering of all things, destroying people's careers and lives, with the rapper openly assaulting innocent folks, in acts caught on camera. He's hardly reformed.

You have a problem with the Kardashians, yet have no qualms about having your preteen girls hanging out with a vulgar, scantily clad, unintelligent, butt shaking R&B singer, who is reportedly pretending to be pregnant for publicity and her rapper husband that has a profane song called "P***y" and a Satanic one he titled "Lucifer." Yet, these are the people you have around your children. You even had Jay-Z posing in your chair in the White House. Remind me again why you're in charge of this country, because right now, all I'm seeing from you is a double standard and very poor judgment.
