Director Bret Ratner Says Michael Jackson Used To Throw Water Balloons At Unsuspecting Homeless People
Bret Ratner, the director of the film series "Rush Hour" has thrown the late pop singer, Michael Jackson, under the train, stating he used to get his limo, cruise the streets and throw balloons filled with water at homeless people. Now there's a side of Jackson the public never saw.
