Courtney Stodden Is Trying To Be The New Pamela Lee And It's Not Working

17-year-old Courtney Stodden, began dating 51-year-old "Lost" actor, Doug Hutchison, over a year ago and the two got married recently under a umbrella of controversy. Since she was 16-years of age, scantily clad Stodden has been posting almost pornographic photos on Facebook, seeking to break into the entertainment industry. She was trying to be the new Pamela Anderson, constantly dressing like her.

It drew the ire of many moms online, who made so many complaints, Facebook kept banning her. Stodden's mom chalked it up to jealousy, but I can understand why mom's were concerned. Her photos were almost child porn, as the public photos featured her wearing bikinis that could double as g-strings.

That's not appropriate for a 16-year-old girl. Stodden has left very little to the imagination and sexualizing minors is a terrible idea. It breeds sex crimes. Other young girls have been trying to emulate her look, which is not a good thing.

Stodden marrying a man nearly three times her age caused additional controversy. She needed her mom's signature to marry, as she is underage. Many people are not accepting it. Some have branded her fame hungry and using her husband to become an actress and singer in Hollywood, but it is not working.

Courtney two years ago before the raunchiness, is a pretty, wholesome looking girl. She also looked her age, which she does not anymore.

Many outlets have passed on proposed shows and projects involving her, as people are not warming to her story and do not want their kids exposed to it. The Lolita image is working against her. She would have been more successful had she worn more clothes and not married someone 34-years her senior.

But Is Into Facebook

Hollywood actress, Megan Fox, has publicly stated she is not into Twitter, but maintains a presence on fellow social networking website Facebook. During an interview with Young Hollywood, Fox stated of Twitter, "I feel like it has a purpose because there are fans around the world that want to have some sort of interaction with you. But I feel like it is important to still keep some space and some distance. I honestly don’t think that I am cool enough or important enough that anyone would care about what I am doing at all hours of the day, like, ‘I just had a latte from Starbucks and now I am going to Barneys. Love me some shoes!’ Who cares?"

You don't have to use Twitter in that manner. Some people use it to update folks on their professional engagements or new products. One does not have to share every single detail of one's life. Under the circumstances, I can see why Fox would not want to chronicle her every move on Twitter, because if she did, it would look like this:

Alexander Lebedev, owner of the Evening Standard and Independent newspapers in London, England, came to blows with another Russian billionaire, Sergei Polonsky, on national television. They were among a group of panelists having a discussion about the economy, when things became heated. Lebedev punched Polonsky twice, like they were Mayweather and Ortiz. Can you imagine if the guys from Google and Facebook did that. Instead of throwing punches, they'd be throwing calculators and I-Pads.

Despite working with brother Mark Zuckerberg for that last six years, Randi Zuckerberg has quite as Director of Marketing Development at Facebook.

The older sister to Mark, Randi (29) sent her brother an official resignation letter saying: “Now is the perfect time for me to move outside of Facebook”.

Randi will now start a new company called RtoZ Media, which she said will “work with media companies to develop their programming in new and more social ways”. She also said that “Facebook will be a central element in all my projects.”

So things may seem all cool with the siblings, but in a strange twist Randi posted her decision to resign via rival social networking site Twitter.

Facebook Phones?

You may have thought that Facebook is taking over your life already, but creator Mark Zuckerberg isn't finished with you yet!

During HTC's Mobile World Congress event today, Mark made an announcement via recorded message that "phones with a deeper social integration" are on their way for Facebook fans. He added:

"this year, you can expect do see dozens of phones with much deeper social integration than we have so far"

He didn't go in to too much detail but I'm guessing that they are currently creating a phone that will have all the exact same apps as Facebook.

Meanwhile HTC announced the launch of several new android phones that contain a 'Facebook' button (shown on the bottom right of the phones) which is the start of the integration between the social network and the phone company.

So will it be out with the Blackberry/Iphone and in with the FB phone, maybe F phone?
