Britney Spears is in a bit of a mess right now. She's had a suit filed against her by an ex-bodyguard who says she sexually harassed him!
Fernando Flores has claimed that Britney ran around the house naked, trying to intice him, while her children were there!
But ex-hubby (and cause of most of her problems) Kevin Federline has rubbished the claims! K Fed's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan said that Federline is "satisfied that the allegations are a product of economic motives...They are as baseless as they seem."
The wannabe rapper also said if he ever thought his children were subject to such things he would have taken Sean Preston and Jayden James out of there!
Brit Brit herself hadn't said anything until now, her rep posted an official statement on her website stating:
The statement from the 'Womanizer' singer also stated that the case will definitely be dismissed but a hearing for the case is scheduled for January."This lawsuit is another unfortunate situation where someone is trying to take advantage of the Spears family and make a name for himself,"
There are just so many fame-whore's out there looking for their 15 minutes!
