And once again more Hills drama unfolds!
I reported last week that Spencer Pratt had declared he was not longer putting up a sex video for sale. He claimed he had footage of his estranged wife Heidi Montag having sex with him both pre and post surgery and said he have footage of Heidi going at it with Playmate and Hugh Heffner's ex-girlfriend Karissa Shannon.
But even though he's not selling the tape, Karissa has started legal proceedings against Pratt to get the tape back! Apparently playmtate is saying Pratt filmed her in her private home without her knowing!
TMZ reports that Karissa's lawyer has sent Pratt a legal letter demanding that he return a video recording that he allegedly took during a visit to her Los Angeles house.
The letter claims that the footage was "taken from [Karissa]" and "contains private materials" , basically it shows her doing the nasty with her boyfriend Sam Jones. Shannon's rep says they'll file a lawsuit if Spencer doesn't hand back the tape!
These people are either really messed up and have been playing wild sex games, or it's all to get media attention. What do you think?
