There has been rumours flying all week that Cheryl Cole is to move to L.A to start up the US version of the X-Factor, and now it seems she might be moving over for a different reason!
Derek Hough's stepdad has said that the 'Promise This' singer is moving to Los Angeles to be with Derek and set up a proper life.
Apparently The Girls Aloud star has signed a million dollar contract to sign up for the US X-Factor, which starts filming in Spring, and now she wants to set up house with the Dancing With The Stars dancer.
Hough's stepfather Aaron Nelson said:
"Cheryl is looking at moving over here, which will be good for Derek. I'm not sure exactly what they have decided about living together. It's his business.When things got difficult for Cheryl, she came over to be with him. Derek's pretty level-headed most of the time. He's a good guy. He's always been a good guy and he's very supportive.She feels indebted to him - all to do with the fact that he is kind to her. He supports her, but that is Derek's nature. He's a cheerleader for her. He just wants to see her do well."
Cheryl was spotted in L.A only a few weeks ago, with sources saying she was planning to release her last two albums over there, in an effort to break the music charts. Derek's stepfather said she visited Derek when she was over:
"She came over to see him a few weeks ago. I can say that when you love someone you want to be around them and that's why he likes her."Is this really bye bye Cheryl? I honestly think American's won't be able to understand her when she speaks!
