Fergie Named Woman Of The Year!

Fergie has been named 'Woman Of The Year' by Billboard magazine.

The Black Eyed Peas singer beat out other talented artists, she said at the event:

"Congratulations to all the women of the year. I'm so humbled to be in a category with so many strong females in the business,For what used to be just a boys' club, us bitches are coming up." 

Last year Beyonce scooped this top award!

Glee star Lea Michele was also honoured at the awards where she won Billboard's 'Triple Threat' award. The actress said at the event that Glee had made all her dreams come true:

“I was always told I wouldn’t make it as a recording artist because I had a musical theater voice and I wouldn’t be able to branch out into other fields… Thankfully ‘Glee’ came along and I was singing Rihanna. It was amazing to see the other sides of me that other people wouldn’t give me the opportunity to explore.”
