Uh oh, bad news seems to follow this girl around!
You may remember that back in August, Paris Hilton and boyfriend Cy Waits were arrested in Vegas for driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol. They were both high on marijuana and Paris was caught with cocaine in her purse!
Paris got months of community work while Cy got off Scott free... or so we thought! Now it's surfaced that Cy may be heading to Jail!
According to reports Cy is being charged with:
"being under the influence of marijuana, possession of marijuana and driving under the influence."
If convicted Cy could face up to 4 years in Jail! His case begins on the 1st of February.
Knowing Paris, I'm sure he'll just get community service. Celebs have it WAY too easy!
