This is so weird, I thought these two were fine with each other!
Halle Berry has revealed that she is preparing for a custody battle with ex, of four years, Gabriel Aubry over their daughter Nahla.
A rep for the actress made the announcement today that the actress is concerned with the well-being of her daughter when she is around the French model. Her rep told People:
"Halle has serious concerns for her daughter's well-being while in the care of her father for any extended period of time and is prepared to take all necessary steps to protect her. She has attempted to resolve these custody issues amicably with her daughter's father Gabriel Aubry directly, but given his lack of co-operation, Halle has no choice but to seek swift judicial intervention."
Her spokesperson also stated that because of the upcoming court cases Halle has had to pull out of the new star-studded movie New Years Eve. Last month, Aubry asked the court to formally recognize him as Nahla's father and grant him joint custody and this is what spurred Halle's decision to fight!

How messed up is that? I wonder why she thinks her daughter is un-safe with him? Is there some dark secrets we don't know about?
Halle and Gabriel split back in April 2010, and most recently was dating reality star Kim Kardashian but they have now split. She is now dating Oliver Martinez, Kylie Minogue's ex boyfriend.
